Latest Review: I have been training with Pat and Megan for just over 6 weeks and in that short amount of time I could not be happier with the results. In spite of the fact that I have significant injuries due to a car accident (cervical spine stimulator, 8 surgeries and counting, etc) I continue to see progress every time I lift. For me especially, the focus of the training is on having excellent form and technique which is what I need considering the injuries to my shoulder and neck.
If you are looking for trainers that just run you through the motions and do the same thing week after week, then these 2 are not for you. You will sweat, you will work inside and outside the gym, but you will also get the results you are looking for. The only problem I have is that I didn't find them sooner.
