Morgan was amazing! We used her as a day of coordinator and not only was her rate super reasonable, but she went above and beyond the call of duty. She acted as a decorator, point person, sheep dog, and anything else we might need her to be. She was bossy without being rude to my guests, which kept things running smoothly when people needed to be ushered from something to the next. Then she cleaned up after us! I HIGHLY recommend using Morgan as an event coordinator.
Liz is amazing! She has a natural talent for painting faces and adding a little something extra to the picture to make it special. She is great with kids and is so friendly. I highly highly recommend Liz!!!
I wish I had met Sarah a long time ago! This wonderful lady has changed our lives after 3 days of work. I can’t thank her enough for her service. Sarah is extremely efficient, professional, and fun to work with. I was so worried to have another person dealing with my mess. However Sarah was non-judgmental, down to earth, and her readiness to tackle the mess made the whole process painless. Sarah is also great with recycling and reusing of what you have already to aid in the organizing, if you worry about carbon footprint, she is on top of it. I can breath better in my own home now. When I hired Sharon Hocking to come in and do a complete Interior Design of our Living and Dinning Rooms I had no idea just how wonderful this experience would be. Sharon was excellent to work with and listened to all of my concerns, ideas and suggestions. She was very communicative and prompt when we would set up meetings. Her attention to detail is beyond anything else I could have done on my own. Because I still work full time Sharon was able to do all of the leg work and then some. The next time I get ready to do some more decorating in my home Sharon will be the first and only Interior Designer that I will hire.
Nicole organized our daughter's birthday party and it was a blast!! As a parent, I was able to enjoy the day with my daughter. The decor was beautiful, the cake was delicious, and the kids had a fabulous time with all the different games! Thank you so much Nicole!!
First and foremost she is wonderful! I found Ashley through her Etsy page where I bought one of her fabulous pieces. I'm one of those people that knows what they like but can't quite figure out how to put it all together. I saw on her page that she also does interior design and because of what she offers in her store I thought she would be really helpful in helping me discover my style. And she did! She worked within the furniture/decorative pieces I already had and also helped me find new features for my room. It all came together great and is exactly what I wanted. She was very collaborative in that she worked with me on what I liked/didn't like, taking inspiration from what I already owned and finding new, unique pieces that she thought would work well in the space. I couldn't be happier! And I'll definitely be recruiting her again soon and keeping an eye on her Etsy page for new finds!
Daylee was amazing to work with. She knew her stuff well, from catering to layout design, while helping us to plan our school prom. When we got to decoration planning, she brought in boards with photos and provided many ideas that would fit with our theme. These examples and ideas really gave us a better picture of what we wanted for our prom, and she was super willing to go with our thoughts and create one of the best proms we've ever had. On the day of, she came early and brought all of the decorations in her truck, helped us set up, and even stayed the whole event to make sure everything went well. Her dedication and commitment to making the event the best was outstanding, and we really appreciated it. Daylee is easy to talk to, fun to work with, and always on top of everything; she is probably one of the best in the event planning industry. We can't thank her enough for her services and hope to work with her in the future.
Crystal planned a baby shower for me. The food was amazing and the decor was simple but elegant. Her attention to detail was second to none and all I had to do was relax and enjoy.
Last year I moved to Kansas City and found my dream apartment. Not being so great at decorating, AJ was able to assist me in picking furniture, organizing, and making sure my space was beautiful, all through the phone. There is a time in a woman's life that is the most important day she will experience. A time that she daydreams of her entire life. On September 6th, 2015 Amanda and I both had the most important day of our lives! But every bride knows that it is a whirlwind to actually get to the day of the wedding with all the planning, collecting, and projects it takes to actually pull of the day. Six months before our wedding a perfect gem came into our lives offering to be a day of coordinator for our wedding for learning experience to build her business in the best way possible. Of course we jumped on the offer and met with Vanessa the next week. We had an instant connection with Vanessa and right away she became family to us. She expressed to us right away what she was going to do for us and we all started to plan that night. The first thing that caught my attention was her immediate organizational skills. She wrote down everything we talked about right away and threw in amazing ideas. When Vanessa left that first night Amanda and I felt like we struck gold! As weeks went on Vanessa kept in close contact with us, always asking how we were doing and asking what she could do to help us. Vanessa came out to our house to work on projects with us, to continue planning, and to figure out our venue prospects. When we finally decided on a venue Vanessa was right by our side meeting with the venue managers and coordinators. She asked every question that we didn't think of and she made sure that we got the best deal possible. As the day came closer Vanessa was a constant support system for us and kept us cool and collected as the stress of a wedding came closer. As most wedding do we had a few hiccups with our venue and Vanessa took charge and fixed all the little speed bumps that came our way. At our rehearsal Vanessa came ready to shine with her impeccable organization. She knew what she was doing and kept explaining how the day was going to go to our wedding party. When we left that day we knew exactly how to walk down the isle, where to stand, how to walk out, and had a plan how the rest of the wedding would go. Needless to say we all felt comfortable and ready for the actual event. Of course when Amanda and I went to bed that night we were so ready for our beautiful outdoor dreamy wedding. When we woke up the next morning it was down pouring. As a bride panic set in knowing that our outdoor wedding could become disastrous. Not even a minute later I got a call from Vanessa calming my nervous and telling me she has a plan. Instantly I knew the day was would be perfect. When my side of the bridal party and I showed up to help set up there were beautiful white tents up to cover our guests and us during the wedding. Vanessa made magic happen to make sure our day went perfect. She directed everyone what still needed to be done and we got all decorations and tables set up in a fashionable time! When we all went to take pictures Vanessa stayed and continued to make our venue perfect. When we arrived it was like a fairytale, she put her beautiful touches on everything. When the wedding started she gathered the wedding party and since it was raining we had to change quickly where we were going to stand and Vanessa took charge and quickly made a decision for us. As we started walking down the isle the rain stopped and the sun came out and all I could do is smile because I knew Vanessa must have pulled some strings with the rain Gods because only she could pull off something like that! Needless to say the wedding went perfectly and the reason I know that is because Vanessa was running her butt off to make sure very thing was perfect and even if there problems she didn't let us know about any of them she just took care of it herself. As the night came to an end and we were getting ready for our exit and Vanessa was still in great spirits and ready to make sure the last few minutes were perfect!! As we got into our truck and drove away we noticed that Vanessa had placed all of our gifts and cards into our truck for us to enjoy that night! Vanessa stayed and cleaned the venue and that night dropped off all of our decor and supplies to our house so that we didn't have to worry about anything. Our over all experience with Vanessa was beyond amazing. Not only was she our day of wedding coordinator but now she is and will forever be Auntie Vanessa to our sweet babies!! If you are looking for a dedicated, organized, passionate, loving, creative day of coordinator for your wedding Vanessa Humphrey is the woman for you. She will blow your exceptions out of this world! Vanessa thank you so much for your support and love for weddings because we wouldn't have been able to do half of what we did without you!! We love you to the moon and back!!
My wife should be writing this review, but I want to take a moment to tell you what a great job Lisa (my wife) and Soleil Bliss Event Productions did for us. We had been planning our wedding for about 13 months and from the very beginning my wife knew she wanted a planner. Liz drove from Vancouver, WA to Seattle to meet with us as purely a consultation. Our first impression of Liz was here is a woman who knows how a wedding should be done. Within five minutes we knew we had found our planner. As my wife's vision of the wedding changed over the 13 months Liz was there every step of the way to help with any problems or offer solutions on how to make her plans become reality. The amount of stress that Liz took off my wife's shoulders as our special day drew near was astounding. On the day of our wedding Liz was able to fix a major dress malfunction, whip out two corsages for my wife's mother and my mother, coordinate a less than accommodating venue staff in reference to their idea of decorating, and all this was done after she had stayed up until close to 2 AM to decorate our ceremony and reception areas. Liz took a great event, location, setting, and environment and transformed it into something completely phenomenal. Our expectations were so far exceeded that we could not believe what she had created was our wedding. Thank you so very much Liz. I can't urge anybody reading this enough to talk with Liz and let her plan and coordinate your wedding. You will not regret a single moment nor worry in the slightest that your event will be anything less than extraordinary.
Cheryl has been a terrific addition to our Strollathon event. She has a great attitude and is very dependable. She's creative and her balloon creations are beautiful. I've been using her for 6 years now and look forward to many more. I love how I can describe my idea and she comes up with a design that exceeds my expectations. I would definitely recommend Bouquets & Balloons for any event where balloons are needed.

Working with Debra on our wedding was an absolute dream. She has an uncanny ability to take an idea for a "look" and make it reality. I sent her ideas for what I wanted our dinner tables to look like and she found the perfect fabric, table settings and decor to perfectly fit the style and feel of our wedding. She even went out on her own and picked wildflowers to accent the decor! She is very professional and responded quickly to every email I sent. She relieved me of so much stress on the days leading up to the wedding and the wedding day itself, I was able to fully enjoy myself, knowing that she had everything under control and looking amazing! I highly recommend working with Deb to make your special day as perfect as it can be!
Working with Jay was an excellent experience, from start to finish. Jay called us to discuss what we liked and didn't like in terms of design before we even moved to Portland, so he was able to get right on the project as soon as we arrived. Once he knew our likes and dislikes, he came to view and measure the space he had to work with. Then he toured and helped us shop at many stores that were within our budget, and helped design and put together a wonderful apartment! His eye for design, detail, texture, and color is amazing! Using our feedback and input, he was able to integrate furniture or decorative items, while maintaining a high level of taste as well as function. The entire space is thoughtfully put together, comfortable, and custom. Our favorite piece was one he worked on himself- a 1950s wooden desk he transformed into a gorgeous mid-century modern entertainment center. We now have a one-of-a-kind piece that was made with our budget in mind. Jay's enthusiasm for his work was evident in his commitment to the project. His communication was always thorough and reliable. We really appreciated that he respected our budget and never pushed for items that didn't make sense in our apartment. We weren't sure what to expect from working with an interior designer, but Jay made the experience interesting and fun! We could not have been happier with the entire process, thanks to Jetset Designs.
