Latest Review: Travis has been great to work with. Quality of work out, great to team/coordinate with, really great at adjusting workouts without loss in effectiveness when it came to pain points/past injuries I was having. I have worked with multiple personal trainers over the years and Travis is the best I have worked with.

Latest Review: I have worked with Corey for the past three months. I originally sought him out for fitness and weight loss but with the initial diagnostic tests discovered several postural issues that needed correction. I am seeing some big changes that have also been noticed by others. I am impressed with Corey's professionalism and the trainer's gym we work out in is well equipped and never crowded. Additionally, what stands out to me is the non-judgmental attitude of all the trainers and very "non-jock" atmosphere of the gym. I highly recommend Corey if you are looking for consistency and growth.

Latest Review: I started working with Brittany after I joined the gym in which she used to work at. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Brittany made it comfortable for me. I started doing one on one training sessions with her, which really made a difference. I went through a rough part of my life this last year, and she supported me from day one. I’m now back training with her, and I couldn’t be happier. She had helped shape me into being in the best shape of my life, and I’m looking forward to being there again.

Latest Review: I always feel better after a workout with Murillo. He’s very encouraging, thoughtful and a positive person. I would recommend Murillo as a personal trainer if you want to improve your fitness in any way. He’s so knowledgeable and makes working out an enjoyable experience. I’ve had 4 trainers in the past and Murillo is not a typical personal trainer. Murillo really cares about my specific needs. I deal with shoulder pain and lower back pain and I generally have low flexibility and poor range of motion. Murillo has taught me to stretch using foam rollers and other tools in order to improve my flexibility before we start a workout. The work outs are great and difficult. It’s amazing that we can get such a great work out with very few tools because having him come to me is a huge motivator.

Latest Review: Felton knows his stuff! Period! I was hoping to find someone that really understood how to transform your body and how to eat properly! A real dynamo!! He incorporates a throwback to when trainers really knew how to train, and not just read you some tripe from a manual!! This guy is the REAL deal!!!

Latest Review: I have done hard physical labor for over 20 years. I have had so many injuries, strains, pulled muscles that when I transitioned into an office job my body froze up. I’ve tried different thing from yoga to CrossFit. None of them fit what I needed for my body. I met Carlee about 1 year ago. She asked me 2 simple yet so important questions. “What do you need” and “what do you want”. With just those questions she knew where I need to start and where I wanted to go. She then customized a workout that started with flexibility/mobility then transitioned to strength and sculpting of my body. She has done an amazing job at holding me accountable. It has always a positive and comfortable experience. I cannot thank her enough for the support she has shown me. It is a hard road to stay on. I highly recommend seeking help even if its only once a week. Tim Peterson

Latest Review: I met with Brian at Rood Bridge Park (on time) and he guided me through various stretching exercises and some cardiovascular work, most of which were inspired by Adapt Fitness routines. We worked out for about an hour and a half. During our exercises, Brian showed his in-depth knowledge by describing, in great detail, the proper form and benefit of each activity. He was also helpful, patient and encouraging when I was getting tired or exhibiting bad form. What sets Brian apart from other trainers is his genuine passion for what he is doing. He has real-world personal experience with how well these methods work and it shows in his demeanor. The only thing Brian needs is a larger audience to gain confidence and experience. The knowledge and passion are already exceptional. I would gladly work with Brian again and feel he has a great future in personal training/rehabilitation.

Latest Review: Hiring a personal trainer can be intimidating. Hiring a personal trainer when you're a large, out of shape, middle aged woman can be down right nerve wracking. I was fortunate to find James a couple years ago after deciding I'd had enough of feeling weak and off balance. Trusting him with my fitness was the best decision I've made in a long time. He is patient. He knows his stuff and all he ever wants is for me to do my best and improve. I've been to trainers who tried to sell me supplements or tried to put me on diets to lose weight. They never asked me what *I* wanted. That was the first thing James asked me. He's the best.
