So my confessional.... I had known Jeremiah's passion for fitness for a couple of years but never considered utilizing his knowlege until he started advising his boss, my main squeeze (: Seeing the results, I was pretty proud of his accomplishments. I felt fairly comfortable with my curvy 178lb body, but had been at a standstill for sometime even with what I considered to be regular excercise. Being a mama of three and headed into my 30's, I knew that it was a matter of time before my body would get to the point of no return without a major fight. So I met up with Jeremiah to talk about my goals(running a half marathon) and any concerns. He was confident that he could get me to where I wanted to be and more. Jeremiah created a meal plan and excersie regimen that I took seriously and started kicking my butt into shape. He would check in with me weekly to get my weight, see how I was feeling with diet changes, and answer any questions. By the time the half marathon approached I was down 30lbs and was still making progress. I kept at it and within six months I got down to 138lbs. My family went to Puerto Rico around that time and because of everything Jeremiah had taught me, I only gained a couple pounds which was very easy to reverse. It has been over a year now and can say that I hover between 138lbs and 143lbs. I am in the best shape of my life and the smallest, hottest I have been ever. Jeremiah gave me the knowlegde I needed to maintain a healthy lifestyle and continues to support me if I ever have random questions or need advice.

I really enjoyed the time I trained with Isaac. I probably wouldn't have hired a personal trainer if it wasn't because I've known him for several years and I have seen his personal transformation through working out. He is knowledgeable not only about exercising but also on how important it is to have a healthy diet and good habits. We have that in common, and that is why I believe in him.
