We had previously used 2 well known AC contractors to diagnosis our problem and neither of them came up with the solution that Ron found. The repair appointment was set up and Ron showed up at the agreed upon time with the part. It was installed, tested and our problem is now gone. Since my unit was on the roof of my commercial building , he took pictures of everything. When he got off the roof and with the help of his pictures I could understand exactly what my issues were in the unit. I can’t say enough kind words to describe his patience. Precision air is an A+ company to work with and I will definitely keep them on my list of professional to call."See more

I expected to be coerced into uograding entire system to heat pump but did enough research to know that is not always necessary. I busted waned heat again after 2+ years of using space heaters. A/C works fine and I did NOT want someone to try to talk me into something I don't need. So, after of course suggesting a more energy efficient option he understood my bind. Need to fix only what is broken. Got quote on site. Sent me the quote later that day to accept and options for financing. Easiest process ever, all of it. Just 1 week later (due to my schedule) I had a brand new furnace. Plus they looked at my A/C unit without me even asking. It was a hot mess...they offered to come back and do maintenance for a super low cost. Great workmanship, professionalism, pricing, I will be hiring them for regular maintenance for sure! Me and kids could not be more excited for cooler weather.Little side notes...2 man crew installed in 1 shiftTook away all of old busted up unitTook care of all permits, the scheduled inspections around my scheduleThese days "above and beyond" is so rare, it was reassuring to see that it still exists. If you're looking for honesty and hard work..check em out."See more
