Well, our needs changed very abruptly, as I started this journey by looking for a French tutor, but ended up needing Latin instead. I was surprised and delighted that Chad could help with either language. Chad has been great with my daughter. They do class via Google Hangouts and I couldn't be happier. She's a self-conscious, anxious learner and easily distracted, and he is amazingly patient, wonderfully organized & structured. After every class I get a full report of their progress, what is up coming, and when their next meeting is. I feel like we are definitely getting a good ROI with High Peak.

Elissa is excellent with my 14-year-old granddaughter who had become discouraged with her online high school French class. Elissa is encouraging, tells interesting stories, is very attentive, is firm and helps move along with the lessons. I see the excitement in my granddaughter, she looks forward to going to the tutoring sessions.

I had a beneficial experience with Mary as a tutor. The most important thing I would like to say about her "she is a very respectful girl". She came on time and explained many English lessons to me. Actually, she played a clear role in improving my English. Since I came here in the US and met her, she behaved as my friend not as my tutor only. Mary didn't help me in practicing English only, but she also helped me to find out information that related to my classes such as doing surveys and contacting with many American people. I really got fun time with Mary, and I would like to meet her again because I miss our enjoyable meetings.

Emma is an incredible tutor. I had instant rapport with her--she is kind, considerate, and very knowledgeable. It's fun to converse in French with her, and because she has lived in France, her cultural knowledge enhances her understanding of the language. She has helped me pick up on so many useful and idiomatic phrases and improve my pronunciation. She's a true gem and an excellent teacher!

I have a French grandmother, and I am making plans to travel back to France to visit my family members, and would like to be able to talk to them reasonably well. I'm flexible on the days. I also only chose more than once a week for lessons, because I'm not entirely sure how frequently we would need to meet in order for it to stick. My main goal is speaking; writing would be secondary.
