Jason Trammell is a very good personal trainer. I am 59 years old and have Spastic/Dystonic Cerebral Palsy. When I went on Thumbtack to find a trainer (I did say I had Cerebral Palsy), Jason was the only one to reply. Most personal trainers would not know how to work with me, but Jason stepped up to the challenge. I have been work with Jason for over 6 months. Once I talked with him about how my disability affected my muscle movements and balance, he figured out the best way in which to work with me. That said, He doesnt treat me with kid gloves, instead he pushes me to my limit and sometimes beyond. When I feel like cant do something, he gets me to try and usually he is right. This technique helps by reducing my limits and building my strength. I do need to say that I always feel safe that I will not fall or get hurt, because Jason is always close by to make sure that doesnt happen! Most people hire trainers for weight loss. I was 10 pounds underweight. Jason made up a food schedule for me and is constantly bugging me about eating more, now Im only 5 pounds underweight. Strength training is so very important for people, especially woman, over 45 whether or not you have a disability. Working out with Jason will keep me from needing to use a wheelchair or scooter for many years to come, as well as keep me independent in my own home and doing all the regular things everyone else can do. Finally, Jasons prices are very reasonable. if you look up the cost of joining a gym and having a personal trainer 3-times a week, you will probably be paying twice as much! Turk is an amazing trainer! This is my first time with a personal trainer so I was pretty nervous going in for my first appointment. He is so friendly and down to earth that I was more than comfortable within a few minutes of meeting him. I've been training with him for three months now. He pushes me much harder than I would have ever pushed myself and knows exactly when I have had enough. I have had amazing results so far and have his continued support even after our session is over. I think he is amazing as a trainer but also as friend that knows exactly what to say. A big thank you for all he's done for me.
I am very happy with Rebecca as my personal trainer. She is very sincere with wanting to help improve my overall health. If I have a question, she answers it quickly. My training sessions with her go by quickly, are challenging and fun.

Lisa is a wonderful and inspiring trainer! She is an expert in her field, and I’m very pleased with her services and her guidance. I wish I found her sooner! I’ve been working with Lisa for 1 month, and I am already down 11 pounds so far!! I plan on doing 20 more sessions with her and will keep going until I reach my goals. I know that, with Lisa, it’s possible. Lisa has a special way of making the workouts fun so there’s never a dull moment. Not only does she have a deep understanding of the body and fitness, I feel that she really cares about me as a person and about my health. And the fact that she trains me in my own gym makes it even more convenient; no excuses! Taylor is fantastic! If I could rate her higher than 5 stars I would. She is available any time I need her, answers all of my questions and concerns and is a great fitness coach/personal trainer. I always have fun doing my workouts even when it's grueling. Simply a wonderful experience.
Travis Baker is a great personal trainer. My strength and endurance have improved by leaps and bounds. He is professional and very knowledgable about nutrition and fitness. I've trained with Felton for 2 years. Over this period have become great friends with him. I admire him for his knowledge and constant pursuit of excellence in his field. I sought out personal training on the recommendation of my physical therapist. The goal was to continue strengthening exercises to improve the condition of my injured ankle and problematic knees. I have to admit, I was terrified to start working with a personal trainer... I was obese, out of shape, and feared that I would be judged. Then I stumbled across Corey at Thrive Body Balance and realized I had nothing to fear. He was very welcoming and willing to work with me unconditionally and without judgment. I've been working out with Corey weekly for nearly 6 months now. I feel so much stronger, and that has helped me both physically and in terms of my confidence. I also feel like I'm taking great strides towards lifelong health, as Corey works with me on "corrective" exercises to improve the alignment and balance of my body. I would most definitely recommend Corey to anyone and everyone. He is extremely knowledgeable, understanding, flexible, patient, wise, and truly just a joy to spend time with. After all this time, I still look forward to my weekly personal training sessions. They have been worth every penny, and I feel very lucky to have found a trainer like Corey.
I came to Jaylen overweight and experiencing knee pain from an old high school volleyball injury. We trained for roughly six months together. At the end of the six months, I had lost 40 pounds. Jaylen is an excellent teacher and a great motivator. There were times when I felt like giving up, but he just wouldn’t quit on me. Most importantly, he created a lifestyle change within me. I was extremely hesitant about working with a personal trainer, for more than one reason... and I am SO glad I took the leap. I wouldn’t want to work with any one else. Jake pushes me, he makes me feel comfortable, he not only helps you reach your goals but creates a friendship, answers any questions I have, isn’t afraid to kick my butt into shape and have fun - it’s actually fun. I always feel better after a workout with Murillo. He’s very encouraging, thoughtful and a positive person. I would recommend Murillo as a personal trainer if you want to improve your fitness in any way. He’s so knowledgeable and makes working out an enjoyable experience. I’ve had 4 trainers in the past and Murillo is not a typical personal trainer. Murillo really cares about my specific needs. I deal with shoulder pain and lower back pain and I generally have low flexibility and poor range of motion. Murillo has taught me to stretch using foam rollers and other tools in order to improve my flexibility before we start a workout. The work outs are great and difficult. It’s amazing that we can get such a great work out with very few tools because having him come to me is a huge motivator.
Jesse is seriously one of the best trainers!! Not only did he help me achieve my fitness goals, he gave me the confidence I was lacking in the gym. After training with him I felt much more comfortable in the gym and trying new exercises and workouts. He made working out more enjoyable because he is so passionate about it. He is easy to talk to and very approachable with any questions I had. He listened to my needs and wants and trained me according to them. Because of him I got to where I am! Seriously amazing!
Amy was the first personal trainer I worked with in almost 20 years. I was looking for help to strengthen my core as well as overall muscle since, at 50, I had lost strength all over and didn't want to rely on one kind of routine. I've been a runner for years and the wear and tear on my knees and lower back haven't helped. Amy started me with simple stretches and core work that I could do at home as well. Weights increase slowly; I never left a training feeling too worn down, but rather energized. I eventually got stronger and more confident in doing things like pushups (which I always sucked at!). The best thing was the work I did with Amy helped heal a longtime ache I had in my leg since having my daughter 10 years ago. Amy is super cheerful, focused and full of conversation; every time I work with her, I leave thinking "time goes by so fast with her! I just worked out for an hour and didn't even feel like it was that long!" Highly recommend Amy!
