I have been using Brian now for over a year. He has been an excellent. Personal Trainer. He has helped me lose about 16 lbs. up to this point. He has been very knowledgable as well with any nutrition or excercise question that I have asked him. And my favorite part of all this is having him come to my home and me not having to go out to get my training at the gym. I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in using a personal trainer.
Nicole is a great personal fitness trainer. Before she begins training, she asks for medical and any injury background to help her set up personal exercises that match your needs and abilities. She offers workout tips, nutritional advice, modifications to exercises if needed, and encouragement. Nicole also gives the one-on-one attention/focus to you and keeps an eye on proper form. When she teaches a new workout, she demonstrates it and explains which muscles/areas the exercise works. She is very up-to-date and knowledge on health, nutrition, and exercise.
Coach D is by far the best coach in the area. Also, he is one of the most genuine and humble people I have ever come across. He sets a great example for all of his students to follow. Coach D has helped me grow & mature, not only as a fighter, but also as a person. I made a great decision when I chose to start training at Personal Training Tactics and learn from Mr. Donnie Kaecher. Thank you for everything.
I can't possibly say enough good things about my personal training with Joseph. In under a year of working with him, I ran two mud runs and dropped two sizes. Not only does he NOT take the words "I can't" for an answer, but he has pushed me to levels that I didn't think I could achieve.
Buffy is a fitness trainer since she has been teaching the boot camp classes my body looks delicious. I have dropped weight I have muscles and most of all I feel great!
Steve is not just a trainer some guy who just works you out and takes your money. He's so much better then that. He's this amazing guy who grows on you and becomes your friend. Steve pushes you to get better and stronger and cares about you health and wants to make you better and healthier. I think i started maybe two three years ago and have made some pretty good muscle gain and felt great doing it. i still use his training today. it doesn't fail. Steve has taught me so much more then just how to workout and train. He's taught me about life and health and being happy working for yourself having the motivation to keep going. I without a doubt in my mind would train with him again and again. I really can't thank him enough for all he's done. He's simple the best
I started boot camp with Jason Montgomery in January 2014. I have noticed a significant improvement in my overall health and well being. Jason keeps boot camp interesting with never having the same workout in a row. I have done both inside and outside boot camp and highly recommend it through A better U. I went from not exercising at all to looking forward to my three days a week at boot camp!!
I started working out with Ashley to lose my baby weight and more. She understood my limits with coming off two past major C-section and designed workouts for me. She increased and pushed me at a great pace and I am stronger than ever now. She pushed me to reach my goals and encouraged me to keep setting new healthy goals. Her workouts and boot camps are tough but somehow fun. I really liked the recent deck of cards workout we did, although she kept drawing burpees out of the deck. She also showed me a variety of workouts both with machines and without. I am knowledgeable enough to feel confident in working out alone now which is great. Although, kept weekly sessions with her bc she always pushes me harder. She moved out of state and I don't think I will find a trainer like her again. I think she is a great choice for any level of fitness.
Ebony was my personal trainer for 3 years, during which time she provided 2-3 weekly, one-hour sessions of exercise customized to my fitness goals, age, and physical condition. She came to my home for each early-morning session--always right on-time. We easily accommodated any unanticipated delay on her part or sudden change of schedule on my part on a day-to-day basis. Her fees were very reasonable. Ebony's style of personal training is excellent. She is knowledgeable, so that if I had difficulty with one approach (either exercise or diet), she quickly offered an alternative. She knows how to motivate a client with positive feedback--completely avoiding guilt-based criticism. The main reason for ending our sessions after the 3 years was a change in my work life and personal obligations. I recommend her to anyone interested in learning about and working seriously on personal fitness.
I went to Melissa for personal training. I injured myself twice in a row before finally getting a professional to help me get fit and avoid injuries. She helped me gain new healthy habits and helped me improve knowledge exercises and posture. At the beginning she even referred to a great physical therapy place to help with my shoulders. Green Rocks fitness is an amazing place and Melissa is an amazing trainer/person.
Megan is one of the most dynamic, holistic, and most importantly, fun fitness gurus I've worked with, and I say all of this because of (and in spite of) the fact that she KICKED MY BUTT!!! She taught me some basic exercises that I can do in my living room while catching up on Food Network reality shows, but let's be real, I did a few more lunges and tricep dips when she was watching over me with her "boot camp meets Beyoncé" training style. I love that she's available to answer all of my health questions, like "Can you SERIOUSLY put kale in a smoothie and it tastes good?" to "What am I doing wrong that my glutes aren't sore after spin?" to "What is an Omega 3 anyway?" and everything in between. She walks the walk and talks the talk in her daily life and that inspires me to at least do small things to up my own game. I would recommend her to anyone who wants to be healthier but feels overwhelmed by the Billy Blanks' of the world. She breaks down healthy into digestible bites that fit into my lifestyle, and therefore, would fit into ANYONE else's. So I'll see you at TRX Saturday morning and the bar later that night?
