Kenwood Construction did a remodel for me. The project was time sensitive and had to be done on budget. The final outcome was, done on time, on budget and the final product exceeded my expectations. A great company to work with. I would definitely recommend using their services.

Kenwood Construction literally saved my house but also agreed to continue with my home project started by the previous contractor. The previous contractor vanished when the Columbia Borough closed the construction site for over 12 violations. Aaron (Kenwood Construction) was highly recommended by a good friend of mine. Only a few days after our initial phone call, Aaron visited my property (punctual) for an initial assessment. He quickly (responsiveness) formed a team of experts to remediate the violations before asking for a new building permit. It is extremely rare to find a builder who has enough grit, confidence, knowledge, and savior faire to take upon a job that was already started and totally botched. Aaron is that kind of builder. You just found him.
The first phase of my construction has already started. The inspections were successful with no corrections to be made. If you are serious in building a house or adding something to your house, please contact Aaron and come visit my property for any doubts.
