I first met Marie when I was looking for a trainer to help me get in shape for the police academy. I was never a runner, but in about 6 months, Marie whipped me into shape. Since then, for the past 8 years, I've trained off and on with Marie (depending on what my schedule allowed). Marie always makes our training sessions fun and different. You never really know what she has in store for you before you get there. Marie has always taken into account my own level of fitness as well as others who have joined in group sessions. She never pushes us further than what we can handle, but always encourages us to go just a little more than we did the last time. My favorite workouts are Bleacher Bootcamp days, where she mixes running with assorted strength training exercises. Your muscles don't know what hit them!

Phil is an excellent trainer who will tailor a program just to your needs. I have always considered myself a fit person who lived an active lifestyle, however, after having two children I felt I needed some personalized help to get me back to the fitness level I was in my 20's. Phil helped me to obtain my goals in a healthful way. My muscle tone and endurance dramatically increased with just a month of training sessions. I feel great!

I called Hybrid Fitness because I wanted to give the gift of good health to my brother who was retiring. The owner could not have been more helpful and even allowed my brother to wait until fall to start his sessions.I waited to write me review until my brother had actually worked with the trainer. My brother called to say that he has had a few sessions with the trainer and is so impressed with the time and attention that has been given him. He actually plans to sign up for more sessions once the training period is over. I am very pleased with my choice of a gym and a trainer .

I've been working out using various fitness programs available for purchase (e.g. Insanity, P90X, Les Mills) for a few years and thought I knew a lot about how to work out. When I tried to put something together on my own, I quickly found out how wrong I was! I did know a lot of exercises, but putting them together into a program that fit what I was trying to achieve just wasn't happening. I was so lucky to have found Dancer for Life. After a brief fit test and interview, she put together a program for me that was perfect for my goals. I wanted to improve my strength and lean out my physique. I saw results on the first part pretty quickly with her guidance and encouragment. She also helped me realize that the leaning out part takes time, but I am seeing great results there too. I would have totally messed up ( and probably given up) without her as a trainer. If you are looking for someone who can help you with YOUR fitness goals and not some cookie-cutter approach, Dancer is the one for you. She is certainly my permanent trainer!

I had the pleasure of working with Tav in both group and one and one sessions. He is both experienced & committed to helping reach and exceed all possible fitness goals. I started with Tav training once a week, as part of a group class, and really enjoyed the variety and challenges he put into each class. Every week was different, from circuit training to hiit intervals, weights and much more. I was also able to have personal one-on-one session as well! They were equally challenging yet somehow fun and a good variety of exercises. He is supportive and encourages you in a positive way to help achieve all goals that were set. Working with Tav, my fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups / core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights and generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts with him. Most Importantly: He alway made sure that my technique was correct to avoid any injuries and provided tips and ideas on how to continue to challenge myself. He is reliable and is always ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned out for that session. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tav as your personal trainer if you want to achieve your fitness and health goals. He is one of the best!

My son participated in youth track under Coach Barr for several years in addition to several periods of individualized training sessions. Under his dedicated guidance and knowledgeable instruction my son consistently placed well in the regional track meets and was selected to run for the varsity squad in his freshman year of High School. My son credits coach Barr's encouraging personality and positive style of training for much of his success. As a parent I was very grateful for Keith's patient personality along with his expert coaching.

Mike is a terrific trainer- Extremely knowledgable about all aspects of his work, he is a pleasure to work with and always professional in his manner. Several times I had shoulder problems that Mike resolved through careful and methodical work in his training with me- better than the physical therapists I had used. I just had several procedures on torn tendons on my knee and when they are healed look forward soon to working with Mike to rebuild the strength in both knees and legs. That is how much I trust his work. You cannot go wrong with Mike --he has my highest recommendation!!

Reuben is the absolute best! Not only is he an amazing personal trainer, but an equally great human being. Reuben is so down to earth, easy to work with - no matter what fitness level, and has the ability to push you in a non-threatening way to make sure you reach your full potential. I first met Reuben when I got engaged in 2013. He helped me get in the best shape - wedding dress ready :) - in just less than a year. But I honestly felt a huge difference in my strength, endurance, and weight loss after just a few sessions. Reuben listened and helped me focus on certain areas that were important for me - like my arms and stomach. In addition to being very knowledgeable in conventional training, Andrew is also knowledgeable in unconventional training and brings this knowledge to help you meet your goals. He is also very knowledgeable about proper nutrition and the impact of proper diet on your results. With this broad background, Andrew will be able provide a holistic approach to meet your health and wellness needs. I, myself have increase my weekly training from 2 to 3 times per week (incorporating Muay Thai training) and nutritional discussions with Andrew. Steve was our personal trainer for nearly a year. We were referred to him by a physical therapist as a way to strengthen and reduce pain in my fiance's back. Steve's emphasis on form and proper training technique significantly improved his back pain (when nothing else seemed to be working!), while simultaneously helping him to strengthen his back and surrounding muscles. We had a fantastic experience with Steve - he was professional, knowledgeable and developed personalized workouts that were customized to our ability and fitness goals. Through our workouts with Steve, we increased muscle mass, lost fast and learned how to train smarter and more efficiently. Would highly recommend Steve as a personal trainer!

today was my first day which was a complementary, workout. however once the workout was over i knew immediately this was the type of trainer/training that will help me accomplish my goal. If the next 3 months are anything like the first day, i will surpass goal with no problem. Jake is not only the owner and great trainer he also keeps the workout from getting stale which is perfect. I'll respond in 3 months with the end results

    Jean is a terrific personal trainer. I have been working with him for only two weeks and I have already seen great results and improvements in my lifts and BF%.     Had a wonderful experience working with Joe! I not only learned so much from training with him, but also loved the results I was beginning to receive. He also was able to show me each exercise specifically in order to assure I knew what I was doing. I HIGHLY recommend Joe for his knowledge of training, motivation, and personality!     I had a great experience training with Azurai. She developed a training plan that aligned perfectly with my fitness goals. Az was punctual, responsive, and motivating. She also adjusted to my schedule when needed. On days when I needed to workout at 6am or late at 6:00pm, she made herself available to me. The workouts were intense yet manageable enough for me to go to the gym and perform the activities on my own. She’s personable and will push you to your fitness limits so you can see what your body can do. I was extremely pleased with my results and would recommend her to others.
