Tony is an incredible chef and true expert in entertaining! He was so accommodating to the changing headcount of a bachelorette party and even included a vegetarian option with every course to satisfy all the dietary needs at the event. He was a one man show and prepared four courses with wine pairings for 17 rowdy women in the Poconos and we all agreed that meal was the highlight of a bachelorette weekend. I'm so thankful to Tony for providing such excellent service and being so friendly and lovely. We hired Tony to cook dinner for my sisters bachelorette weekend, and did he deliver! Early on, I worked with tony to create a menu that would work for our group. We ended up coming up with a 5 course dinner and the food was AMAZING. We started to take photos of the beginning courses, but were too excited when our plates arrived to take photos of our entrees and desserts! Our entire party took business cards for the future.
