I first met Marie when I was looking for a trainer to help me get in shape for the police academy. I was never a runner, but in about 6 months, Marie whipped me into shape. Since then, for the past 8 years, I've trained off and on with Marie (depending on what my schedule allowed). Marie always makes our training sessions fun and different. You never really know what she has in store for you before you get there. Marie has always taken into account my own level of fitness as well as others who have joined in group sessions. She never pushes us further than what we can handle, but always encourages us to go just a little more than we did the last time. My favorite workouts are Bleacher Bootcamp days, where she mixes running with assorted strength training exercises. Your muscles don't know what hit them!
Jonas is very very passionate. During training, he would explain what part of your body is being work on. And he is very easy to reach too. When I had questions regarding training/training at home, I was able to get answers from him right away. Recommended!
I work out with Phil Nicolaou twice a week. I started out slow as all I did prior was use the treadmill. I have increased my endurance and strength training due to his encouragement. He works with my crazy schedule and I am so grateful. I am down 20 lbs so far and my body is really shaping up. Phil has really helped me change my life and become a healthier person.
I've been working out using various fitness programs available for purchase (e.g. Insanity, P90X, Les Mills) for a few years and thought I knew a lot about how to work out. When I tried to put something together on my own, I quickly found out how wrong I was! I did know a lot of exercises, but putting them together into a program that fit what I was trying to achieve just wasn't happening. I was so lucky to have found Dancer for Life. After a brief fit test and interview, she put together a program for me that was perfect for my goals. I wanted to improve my strength and lean out my physique. I saw results on the first part pretty quickly with her guidance and encouragment. She also helped me realize that the leaning out part takes time, but I am seeing great results there too. I would have totally messed up ( and probably given up) without her as a trainer. If you are looking for someone who can help you with YOUR fitness goals and not some cookie-cutter approach, Dancer is the one for you. She is certainly my permanent trainer!

Mike is a terrific trainer- Extremely knowledgable about all aspects of his work, he is a pleasure to work with and always professional in his manner. Several times I had shoulder problems that Mike resolved through careful and methodical work in his training with me- better than the physical therapists I had used. I just had several procedures on torn tendons on my knee and when they are healed look forward soon to working with Mike to rebuild the strength in both knees and legs. That is how much I trust his work. You cannot go wrong with Mike --he has my highest recommendation!!

I have been working with Jacque for over a year. I have worked with many other trainers over many years but she is definitely the best ever. She knows her anatomy and physiology as thoroughly as anyone could. Consequently she has been able to quickly solve any problem I ever had since she has such a complete understanding of what’s going on. She has always designed sessions which strenghtened my physical weaknesses without ever causing harm. She always said that what came first for her is safety. She often refuses to allow me to add weights or push myself past levels she thought I wasn’t ready for. Invariably she is right. And sessions are always fun and well balanced. It’s been so exciting to watch my strength and levels of fitness grow beyond my expectations—particularly at my age (75) She is excellent with clients who are reasonably fit and strong—but also with the way out of shape people who need rehabilitation on a large scale. I believe that her knowledge of physiology, understanding of how to safely achieve maximal progress coupled w. Her personal skills make her an exceptionally fine trainer. I feel lucky to have found her.
Beth is a terrific trainer! I am very pleased with how she helped me prepare for my Mt. Kilimanjaro climb. She gained an understanding of the climb profile and trekking demands, and then created a training plan to suit my schedule. My plan included endurance, interval, and strength training. She is an expert in all three of these areas. Additionally, Beth advised me on hydration and nutrition strategies, both in general and for the climb specifically. She was always enthusiastic, communicative, and prompt. My positive trekking experience was largely due to Beth's efforts. Her dedication to client's success is genuine. She'll always work hard to help individuals reach their goals!
Joe spent time to assess my strengths and weaknesses. He challenges me with a variety of exercises that increase my strength and flexibility. He is sensitive to how my body is responding and has developed a program that pushes me without hurting me. He has worked around a sensitive lower back issue without causing back pain, not an easy accomplishment in my case. I enjoy working with Joe, he has a good personality for training.
I started working with Marc in May 2014 and it has been the best experience I have had with a trainer. He is dependable, knowledgeable and very motivational. He is flexible with his schedule. He can help you with your eating as well as strength training. Since I have been working with him all of my blood work has been the best it has been.
