Chef Tony and his staff were above expectations for my daughter's 28th birthday brunch! She and the guest were amazed at the professionalism of the staff and the wonderful, tasty, presentation of the food. I am still getting comments from the guest on how elegant this backyard brunch looked and how GOOD the food was!! Everyone left full and satisfier! Thank you Chef Tony for making this a beautiful experience for my daughter, family, friends and me! I highly recommend Chef Toney to anyone who is looking for an unforgettable experience.
Mike was quick to respond from the beginning. We had other caterers that we were looking at for our wedding, but something kept drawing us to Miranda Catering. At first we thought because the prices were much lower than others, that the food may not be what we were looking for. It was everything that we wanted and he worked with us on choosing the menu. They even brought food to taste test to our home. They were great to work with and would recommend them for any occasion. Thanks so much for making our special day memorable.
The private chef dinner that we had prepared by Stone Hill Catering far exceeded our expectations. It was truly a wonderful experience that we would recommend to anyone. Melissa and her husband, Vernon, were tentative and accommodating. The food was absolutely fantastic!! We are already planning a repeat event next year.
Excellent job! We used Jim and his team to create an elegant Mother's Day Brunch for 22 in our home. The event was awesome and Jim did a great job from planning to set up and all the way through to cleaning everything is as if hey had never been there. And the food was delicious! We got many rave reviews from our guests and would definitely use him again and have already recommended him to others!

Very reasonable, we tried other caterers that were $1,000 more and the food was not nearly as good. The sauce that is served with the grilled chicken is delicious. You need to try their food!!
I used S&B Event Concepts and Catering for a last minute in-home affair and I needed catering quick. It was my first time using a catering company. I setup a last-minute romantic in-home catered dinner for my wife and me. I got rid of the dogs and the kids. I shampooed the carpets and had a long-desired present ready for my wife when she walked in. In addition, when my wife walked in the S&B hostess / waitress and chef were standing (professionally dressed) adjacent to the dining room table. My wife was very surprised. The multi-course dinner, desert and event went perfectly. I worked with Sodiah from start to finish. She talked to me on the phone at times I liked -- at odd hours on occasion as she responded immediately once to my late-evening email. She always responded quickly to my calls. The food menu was huge. I picked out just the stuff I wanted. And, she kept it within my budget and not once suggesting items to raise my spending. We double checked all items and expectations including but not limited to the food selections and preparation desires, timing, supplies, etc. The table setup was complete with fine china and silverware, candles, white linens and other stuff to make it look very special. They used our kitchen and left it spotless (including the trash removal) when they left. She and her team were great to work with. They were pleasant, on-time and very professional. They remained out of site. They exceeded my expectations. They will be my go-to for in-home catering and catering for other events. I will call further in advance next time. I promise.
Chef Jay was such a blessing! My friends were blown away by his creativity. Brunch was simply delicious. Chef Jay has a unique way of creating very bold flavors that leave you wanting more. My menu was well thought out and far from boring. The brunch was interactive at times and my friends are still talking about their incredible FEAST! Chef Jay was very personable and at no moment did I feel like there was a guest in my kitchen.
I LOVE Bon Appetina Catering. The food is amazing and reasonably priced. She responds very quickly to an online order or even a phone call. The chicken turnovers are Amazing!! She is very willing to work any person to create a affordable menu.Have had many items and have never been disappointed!
Andrew with Del Fresco did an outstanding job for my wife's surprise birthday dinner party. The food was great. The hors'dourves especially the goat cheese and fruit jam were wonderful. My wife wants to know how Andrew made the small stuffed cabbage. The main meal was perfect. The presentation was wonderful. The serving was impeccable. I think every one enjoy seeing the Andrew's posting of the pictures of the food on his facebook page (@delfrescoevents) It was really great that they brought their own place servings and they cleaned up afterwords. The party with close friends and family was made perfect by Andrew's attention to detail. I would highly recommend Del Fresco Events!!!

I await my event on April 28 with eager anticipation for so far Ma'idah Catering has been super. The owner has gone out of her way to insure That I was satisfied with the menu and even visited the site to make sure what was needed to make my event shine. So far she is doing a fantastic job. I can not wait to taste the food. With her professionalism and attitude and pleasing service methods exhibited so far I am sure my event will be awesome. The right caterer for the job!
Wonderful first experience with Meyers Catering. They were punctual, friendly and very professional. The food was wonderful. Everyone enjoyed the food, sides and salads. We will be a repeat customer next year!
LaTre'Bell Catering provided delicious food for an event for about 50 people. The cold displays were appealing to the eye and even better for the palate. I love the southwestern display with grilled chicken, black beans, corn, avocado and fried onion strings. The passed hors d'oeuvres came out hot and I highly recommend the rice balls and chicken lollipops... delicious! Oh and the banana whoopie pies are AMAZING! What makes this company special is that not only is the food well prepared but there is an event detailing process that they help you with as well like favors, sweets and matching the food with the ambiance. You're not just getting food dropped off (unless you want that), you're getting a full service caterer. Can't wait to use them for my next event!

I know I can depend on Tasty Table to have delicious food and dependable personnel for my event to go off without a hitch. Always recommend that people go to them for their catering needs.
I hired John to prepare a surprise Father's Day dinner for my husband. He prepared us a four course meal that was fabulous! John communicated with me the entire month before the event and accommodated us in regards to menu choices/likes. He arrived on time, the courses came out immediately after one another and cleaned up when he was done. Nice guy, wonderful food. We look forward to using him again!

I have medical conditions that leave me exhausted after working 8 hour days. As a result, I would not have the energy to cook healthy meals. Our dinners included fast food, delivery or pre-packaged meals. When I found out that Traci, a friend of my sister, was in culinary school I approached her about becoming our personal chef and preparing 4-5 meals a week that are either ready to cook with minimal efforts or only needs to be reheated. In January 2015, we hired Traci as our personal chef. I provided Traci with some of our favorite recipes. A shared Pinterest board was also created to share online recipes. As my husband is a picky eater, finding recipes that he approves has been a challenge. Traci quickly learned acceptable foods and has been great about suggesting substitutions for recipes. After 2 months of working with Traci, I had to go on a low sodium diet. She had no problems modifying meals so they would be lower in sodium. Each week Traci prepares the next weeks meal plan by reviewing our approved recipes and requests for repeated meals. We review the meal plan and make changes as needed. Traci purchases the food while considering ingredients that she still has in stock. On the following day, she prepares the meals in her house. The meals are placed into glass dishes or covered disposable foil serving trays with copy of the recipes attached. After the meals are ready, I pick up them up at her house. The meals are then kept in the refrigerator (or the freezer) until I am ready to cook/heat it. We provide Traci feedback on each meal. Traci accepts our feedback well and takes into consideration our requests when making the meal again. The meals have been delicious and most have earned a rating of 5 out of 5 stars. The meals not receiving 5 stars were not a result of Tracis meal preparation skills but due to the recipe, such as the seasonings. Prior to hiring Traci I was never fond of left-overs. Now I find myself excited to have left-overs. Traci has even gotten my husband to eat foods I never expected. My husband has eaten and really liked meals prepared by Traci that he did not like when made by myself or family. He has even eaten vegetables that he has refused to eat as he thought he didnt like them. I highly recommend Traci Zammetti as a personal chef. Not only are our meals better tasting than I would make, but we are healthier as a result of the healthier meals and less stress in our lives.

The ultimate goal is to open an incubator for cooks and chefs, so they can work on new concepts for an audience of open-minded foodies. I have a long way to go before I get there; so until then, I'm acting as the pilot program, hosting my own pop-ups in various Philadelphia venues. Menu items will be riffs on dishes I've eaten in the past and traditional recipes, most of which employ modernist techniques. Wherever I can, ingredients will be sourced locally. We use the 90/10 rule in avoiding commodity meats and ingredients that are parts of the industrial food complex. Having never gone to culinary school, I have relied on learning a la carte. I've drawn inspiration from a multitude of chefs and cooks, watching YouTube videos and reading blogs and books over the years. While I have an innate ability to cook, I owe a vast majority of what I know and cook to the real chefs whom I follow.
