This was my first time using thumbtack so I was very weary about the results. When Kawanna contacted me she immediately caught my attention with her professionalism and upbeat personality. Visual Drama Designs were EXTREMELY accommodating and worked with us despite the changes we made even after signing a contract. She understands that a wedding can be stressful and literally made sure she was not a part of those moments. Not only was her customer service amazing but her designs... WOW!! Absolutely Beautiful!!! I received sooooo many compliments on the decor and even my now husband was looking around and said "wow she did a great job!" Now you know it's good when MEN notice!! Lol I will 100% be using them again in the future and referring them to EVERYONE I know! You will not find a business of this caliber that cares and takes time for the "little" things. I mean she met me at the store and went flower shopping with me! Thank you soooo much Visual Drama Designs for making our special day unforgettable. The custom design, the excellent customer service and your warm and calming spirit was everything a bride could ever want on her once in a lifetime wedding day!! We are forever grateful! On September 29, 2015, Jennifer Johns, owner and operator of Events by Jenny was the coordinator for our outdoor farm wedding in Somerset County Pennsylvania. Jennifer had previously communicated and met with us to assist us on our big day. She offered very many helpful tips, was punctual, very friendly, accommodating, and most of all patient. Jennifer’s attention to detail was meticulous and was able to transform our ideas and bring them to life the day of the wedding. Jenny arrived at the venue at approximately 10:30 a.m. and began to set up the tables for guests, food, deserts, bar, and gifts. She arranged our tables and decoration more elegantly than we were able to imagine and describe. Throughout the event, she kept us on track and on time, she was able to assist us with all of our needs from drinks, to food, and elderly guests special needs. Some of the most valuable help was intercepting questions, giving direction, and guidance to other vendors and the property owners. Jennifer was extremely diligent and I was amazed with the amount of items she was able to handle at one time while keeping everything beautiful and progressing flawlessly. She even assisted in helping the caterers clean up as the event was transitioning from dinner to the party. Jenny was the best money we spent on our wedding day and looking back, I am not sure it would have turned out as magical as it was without her. Jennifer was a true professional in every aspect, and was very knowledgeable and helpful.
