This is my first time using a personal trainer to reach my fitness goals. Michelle is enthuastic and made me feel very comfortable in her private, spacious gym. Great trainer! His workouts are awesome! I feel like they are easy movements but still a really hard workout. I'm always the perfect amount of sore and leave feeling like I just did something awesome.
First there was Tony Horton, then Sean T., now it's Matt Dantone who will be the next big name in fitness. Fitness is Matt's life and he knows more about it than any person I've ever encountered. He is still currently training me and not only did I get a customized work-out routine and meal plan but I also get support. I know if I ever have a question or need anything all I have to do is pick up the phone and he is there with anything I need. I trust him and I know if anyone wants to attain a certain fitness goal, Matt Dantone is the guy you want in your corner. He will get you there!
Rachel takes the time to understand your goals, strengths and weaknesses and structures your training program based upon each. I have lower back problems and her training has focused on strengthening the muscles that support my back so that I can do more and more each week. She is extremely knowledgeable in correct form for kettlebell and kickboxing training and incorporates them into your training program along with floor exercises and weight training. The sessions are fun and go by really fast! She is very flexible scheduling workout times and her prices for a monthly package (8 sessions/month) are extremely reasonable! I would highly recommend Rachel for your training needs!
Mike is an AWESOME trainer!!! He takes into consideration your individual needs and goals and then develops an exercise program that works toward achieving them! He has Great personality and enthusiasm which really helps during the workouts :) He continually encourages you toward self improvement!!! At first, I was as hesitant to hire an online personal trainer. I had never used any type of trainer before, and I was nervous that I'd be stuck with all sorts of exercises that I had no idea how to perform. After I had a phone consultation with Christiana of Wolfess Fitness, I felt much more comfortable, but I still didn't know what to expect. When I started my first workout, I was thrilled to see how easy the process is! She offers an easy-to-use app that outlines the workouts and she even hand picks videos to show you how to do moves with correct form. In the app, you are able to communicate with her to discuss what you like/don't like, any questions about form, etc. She was very quick to respond and always checked in with me to see how I was doing. She is able to resolve any issues or concerns I have about my workouts, and goes above and beyond to help me stay motivated! Last summer, I went on 3 big vacations in a 2 month span. I sent her the information on what equipment the hotel gyms had, and she customized my workouts 3 separate times so that I wouldn't have to skip and lose all the progress I had made. When I discovered I was pregnant in the fall, she worked with me again to customize my workouts based on what my OB/GYN allowed me to do. I have been using Christiana for just over a year now, and I'm thrilled with my results! She is an excellent motivator and NEVER makes you feel bad about yourself.
