I have been training with Coach Kyie for almost three years and all three years have been a great experience. Coach Kyie takes every one of his clients personal goals very seriously and helps everyone not only reach his goals but exceeds them. In 2012 I attended a full time police academy and to prepare for the physical training I knew I had to do more then your basic arms and back day or just go for a run. I also needed something that was going to be challenging and rewarding. I heard about Crossfit and that a lot of military, police, and fire use this training. However, as I'm sure many people feel like I did joining a new gym or a group work out it can be intimidating. I was introduced to Coach Kyie and told him what I was preparing for. He took me under his wing and got me ready for training. I felt so comfortable working with him and eventually with his groups clients. It was a welcoming feeling and it didn't matter if you couldn't perform a move or run as fast as the next person. Coach Kyie will help you improve each session. And the best part of Coach Kyie is he will not let you do more then you possibly can even if you think you can ... He plays it safe and doesn't let anyone get hurt. I am 60 years old and I needed to address the following health issues; high blood pressure, 15 pounds over weight, muscle weakness due to inactivity and range of motion problems resulting from a recent motorcycle accident. My wife strongly recommended strength training with Steve. I met with him and he explained his strength training program and we set goals to accomplish what I needed. I worked with him for two and a half months and went on a diet. I've lost 12 pounds and lowered my body fat percentage. My blood pressure is significantly lower. Steve showed me how to efficiently and correctly perform my own strength training that I now do at a gym near my home. I have never lifted weights or worked out regularly in my life and have just relied on the physical aspects of my truck driving requirements. Now I would never go a week without "working out" at least twice a week even after a tough week making deliveries.

Trent is the best trainer :) I lost 16 lb in two months, I feel much stronger, sleep much better. my endurance has greatly improved threw the course of training. The training are very hard, but worth it.
I used to be in good shape in high school and college, but let myself go once I started working; my wife never did anything athletic. Will has worked the two of us into much better shape, and was able to do so by tailoring the exercises to our abilities, goals, etc. After only a few months, we've lost weight, gained muscle and tone, and feel great.
Love working with Mica! I was working out at equinox and was paying way too much for training. The trainers seemed to be quite novice as well, nothing compared to her. I needed someone to kick my butt and help me with my nutrition and she did just that by starting me with an alternate food list. Training with her is the best part of my day. She's amazing.

Geoff is an outstanding trainer! As a former collegiate athlete and someone who considers himself fairly athletic, I was surprised by how much I learned and how effective workouts were with him. Geoff pushed me in ways that I have never been pushed before, all while explaining the purpose of the techniques. I fell like I had a very customized plan that focused on the parts of my body that needed the most attention; Geoff attempted and succeeded at making my weaknesses my strengths. It was great working out with Geoff, and when my schedule allows for it, I'd love to do more of it. Thanks!
Dave motivates me and pushes me hard to do my best throughout our sessions. He switches exercises up and lets me add any input if there is something in particular I want to work on. Dave is highly professional and accommodating. He gives me advice and is always approachable to ask questions. He wants what is best for his clients. As a result of training with Dave, I have gained more muscle and become leaner. I thoroughly enjoy my sessions with Dave and I have gained an appreciation for the vast exercises there are. I strongly recommend personal training with David.
The trainers with MC Conditioning are very professional and knowledgeable. Their workout routine is rigorous yet custom to my fitness needs. The cost is very reasonable. Thanks to these trainers, I will have a beach body in a short time. I look forward to the five-day weekly workouts.
Jim helped me feel confidant and healthy for my summer wedding! I am an exercise obsessed 27 year old. When I came to Jim I was bored of my routine and looking for an extra push to feel my best for my upcoming wedding. Jim taught me a new skill set using weights and interval cardio training. For years I was only focused on cardio, never aware of the toning and strength that weight training provides. Jim was an excellent teacher, he was flexible, knowledgable and prepared. I have had nothing but great experiences in the past 5 years or so that I have been apart of this program. I am a division II collegiate athlete who plays softball so working out in the off season is a must. The best part about what Denis does, at least for me, is that he treats the girls that he trains like athletes and not like girls. In the experiences I have had out side of this program, that is something that is very hard to find. He also caters the training to be sport specific and to what each individual wants or needs to work on.

Jesse pushed me to lift more than I thought I was able to and helped me push myself. He showed me new ways to incorporate multiple muscle groups as well as isolate only one muscle while working out. For someone who’s been working out for a couple years, I learned a lot from my experiences from Jesse’s personal training.
I signed up for 3 months of training with Chad in April with the hope to lose weight, build strength and not cringe at the thought of exercising after work. I was a little hesitant to commit to two training sessions a week since it had been almost 2 years since I had exercised on a regular basis (since my son was born) but Chad was patient and explained each move and the proper form in an understandable way for me. I was nervous of what my capabilities would be after being out of the game for so long. The feeling of intimidation subsided within the first few minutes of my first workout with Chad due to his personable and friendly way. That first work out was a killer at the time and 15 minutes in I was sweating hard but I loved it and couldn't wait to come back for more! Each session is different and Chad is an excellent trainer who puts a lot of thought and effort into the workouts he plans for me. In 3 months have I gained so much physical strength and I also have noticed positive changes in my energy level, mindset, sleeping habits and food choices. I dont dread going to the gym after work anymore. His passion for fitness and his desire to help people is what made me renew for another 3 months of training and I am excited to see more results in my weight loss and physical strength journey.
