Had my 19 year old electric 50 gal water heater bust overnight. I reached out to several big names and decided to use Thumbtack, as I had heard it's an easier way to "reach the little guys." BB Plumbing replied first in the AM, we talked over the phone, was given a quote shortly thereafter, and received same-day service on the Friday before a holiday weekend -- and before having family in town. They were prompt, communicative, helpful, and were able to deliver, remove, and install the new water heater without issue. Unfortunately, our flooring was damp with mold on the drywall, which is another fun homeowner endeavor, but this was 100% the fault of the water heater chronically leaking and had nothing to do with removal/installation, etc. I recommend BB Plumbing and will certainly use their services in the future.

I wanted to select more than 3, but needless to say. Richard and his crew were outstanding. I placed my work order in on Monday they called immediately, I told him my situation with my water heater and he already knew what to do and instructed me of my options. Tuesday I went and bought everything that I needed to keep my cost low, and by Wednesday we had a brand new installed hot water heater. Even when there was a one off incident with the wires, he came back out and resolved that issue immediately. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone in need. Great guys.
