English is an absolute pleasure from the moment you meet her. Her knowledge and attention to detail gives ease that you are in the right hands. But the most important above all for me was finding a PERSONAL trainer that actually listened, heard, and understood my goals with a sense of empathy, and then tailored a program for me as an individual, not into a general mold. There are plenty of programs out there that have been successful at helping people lose weight, etc, and they will capitalize on that fact, but what you don't see, are the people who are unsuccessful because everyone's story cannot simply be tossed into one journey. With English, I promise you will sigh with relief, and a fire will ignite inside of you, and that right there is called motivation. I absolutely recommend English a hundred times over!

I first started taking yoga with English over six months ago and was instantly impressed with everything single thing about her! The private sessions were so beneficial to my practice and beyond. We have recently incorporated personal training sessions in the mix at Coastal Climbing. She quickly eased any nerves at this new endeavor and I felt so great just after our first few climbs! Her ability to calm, support and push you all at once is magical; I truly look forward to our sessions together to work on both the inward AND outward. She is an absolute gem and my favorite new friend, mentor and yogi coming out the oddness of 2020!

English was absolutely AMAZING. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to do a yoga practice. we had 11 girls for a bachelorette and it was the best thing we’ve done so far! 10/10 recommend.

Crystal was amazing and English could not have been more helpful! The private lesson Crystal taught to our company was SO perfect and such a nice finish to our visit to Charleston. My pricing varies depending on group size. Always willing to work with you on price. Discounts available for virtual sessions!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you are looking for regular yoga sessions I will set up a time to talk about what your goals and expectations are. I am willing to travel to your home for private sessions and tailor our time together to suit your particular needs. For one time group sessions, we will discuss the location and group size. I am very flexible on travel and time for the event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Mission Yoga in Charleston, SC.
