I started training with Todd nine months ago and I have not regretted it. Since that time, I have lost a total of 7% of my original body fat, strengthened and toned my body, and have an overall healthier lifestyle. Todd is very professional and always prepared with a workout designed specifically for me. Im always impressed by his ability to create a workout that is new and different and I always look forward to what he has planned for me each session. JJ is an awesome personal trainer!!! He's always on time waiting for me to get our workouts started, and we always do something different with our workouts. Our workouts are never boring and I already see results! He is also great at being motivational throughout our workouts and encouraging you to push through them. Rachel makes my personal training experience so worthwhile. She plans ahead what exercises I'll do, and she prints up a homework sheet for me of exercises to do at home. She takes into consideration my weak knees, back, and heel, as well as how much time I have to devote to physical fitness. She adjusts my training session to either challenge me more or scale back, depending on how I'm doing. It's evident that she cares about me as an individual and plans accordingly.
Justin Sunday- my personal trainer Justin has been my personal trainer for 4 times a week for about 2 1/2 months now. Even though I am training with him 4x each week he always has fun, modern, new, clever, and great workouts ready for each session. If I ever feel uncomfortable about a certain workout, he will modify it to a different workout that will fit my comfort zone better while also working on the same muscles. Justin is also very good at showing me how to stretch properly, and how to fix any tight muscles throughout my body with stretches. Justin always shows me how to use all equipment, tells me what parts of my body will benefit from it, and demonstrates how to use the equipment/ how to do certain workouts, and most importantly answers all of my questions. When I am feeling down or discouraged Justin is always there to show me (literally) that I can do it, even if I am just feeling tired and worn out Justin will do the same workouts right next to me with me. It's comforting to know that Justin truly cares about about my progress, my goals, and how to achieve my goals. I would highly recommend Justin Sunday to be your personal trainer as well, even though I will forever be his favorite and most entertaining client for the rest of his life. My experience with Philip Looney Fit program was awesome. He is an excellent trainer. I learned a lot different excercises that workout my whole body. He also introduced me to circuit training workout routines. I would recommend him to anyone trying to lose weight, tone up, or bulk up.

4 years and 75 pounds ago I had an evaluation assessment with CC. I huffed and puffed and moaned and groaned. When she was done explaining the results of my assessment I signed up for 6 weeks of 3 sessions a week. Here it is 4 years and many sizes later and I still count on CC to help me stay motivated and healthy. She is gentle but firm and works around age related aches and pains. She insists on good form and maximum effort and changes things as often as necessary to keep things from getting boring. I encourage anyone in need of a truly personal trainer to sign up for at least 6 weeks of training and then keep adding on more time as the wonderful health changes happen.
