This was my granddaughter's first piano lesson. We were late for our appointment time and Regina was very understanding. My granddaughter really liked her and could understand her instruction completely. We will be scheduling another lesson after the July 4 holiday week.
Rachel met with my daughter for voice lessons & I couldn't have asked for a better session. They went right to work & Avery kept singing well into the night when it was over. Rachel is a sweetheart and we look forward to working with her for as long as she will see us :)
Barret has been wonderful working with my daughter! She has special needs and when a previous music teacher was intimidated by her we moved to Barret's studio and he's been able to work with her when she's gotten frustrated. All in all a great experience and I'm glad we were able to find him when we did!
I had a wonderful experience taking piano/keyboard lessons at Music Instruction Studio. I always admired people that could play the piano, so in my mid-fifties I started taking lessons and so happy I did. My teacher was always very encouraging and extremely knowledgeable. I looked forward to my lessons every week!
I have not started my lessons yet.

At Nunez's Music Academy, our main focus is to teach quality lessons at a reasonable price. We feel that music is a vital aspect of our culture. As the owner and head teacher, I try to create a program that is custom made for each individual. Learning does not have to be monotone. It has to be engaging, interesting, rewarding, fun, and right. To get the students into learning music theory and sight-reading, I do not only treat the client as a student but also as a friend. By learning the style of music and the personality of the student, I can develop the right program for teaching. In this school, you are not force to learn something that you do not like. We custom make each class, so that the person can learn exactly what he/she needs for the right price. I guarantee that if you are not satisfied with the results of your classes, I will give you back the first month, paid of your classes. Also, the first class is free. That is my assurance to you; that you will not be disappointed!
I offer piano lessons to kids and adults in Rome, GA and Calhoun, GA. I teach students to read music and also theory. I have 45 years of experience playing the piano. I am 50 years old. I started teaching at age 14. I work at 5 locations and go to homes as well.
I have been teaching students for 20 years. My approach to learning is to adapt to the student's specific needs. All kids learn in their own way, and I work with students to find the best way to meet their learning needs.
I am a vocal education student at Lee University who has played piano since I was nine years old. I provide voice and piano lessons.
I consider myself a life-long learner. I am passionate about my own musical growth because I know that will allow me to help my students that much more. As of now I am able to teach piano, music theory, and music history/appreciation. As I continue my own studies I may add services when I am confident in my ability to teach other subjects.
I teach the following: * Math I graduated with a mathematics degree. Any math subjects, from k-12 to calculus, are my strengths. * Piano I had 11 years of private piano lessons experience and had taught two summers of beginners.
I provide private voice and dance instruction. Begin vocal and guitar lessons today. My dance styles include ballet, modern dance, African dance and hip-hop.
I teach basic music theory and voice lessons to children and adults. I have a bachelors degree in music from Bryan College. I'm based out of my home in the Soddy Daisy area.
I'm a graduate of Musicians Institute in Hollywood, California. I've been playing guitar for almost 10 years and I have a wide variety of knowledge in all styles of playing and music theory as well.
A career in music seemed like the natural choice to me. I began college, majoring in piano performance. However, after my first year, I switched to business. My 19-year-old self didn't want to get "stuck" as one of those mean, old-lady piano teacher types with an apathetic attitude, bad breath and sensible shoes!
Unlike many music teachers, I enjoy and have success working with very young students, as well as adults. As soon as a child knows and recognizes the ABC's, they are ready to begin piano lessons. Toddlers can learn to sing on tune and learn about music theory through rhythm play.
I know various styles of music and the soul and roots of where it came from. I have played on the Jay Leno Show and Pepsi Smash, LA California in 2004 with Nappy Roots. I teach only to a small few students if I feel they want what I have to give to them.
I have been playing, for 15 years, acoustic and electric. If I travel, you must have your own equipment. I do supply if you come to me. I teach students at ages 10 and up. I also teach music theory and sight reading.
I teach everything, from basic chord structures and scales to polymodal chromaticism. I teach theory-based music and make it easy to understand.
I have studied piano for the last 13 years, and I am currently studying organ at Covenant College on Lookout Mountain. It is my goal not only to instruct children in piano but to show them effective ways to practice, interpret, and love music and what it can do for people around them.
