Law is great, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer! I started training with him after my second child. I was feeling soft, deflated, and weak, low energy. I had never worked out before. Law was great at teaching and encouraging, and even pushing—but all without being intimidating. He helped me to feel empowered. And his methods definitely work! I saw results within a month of working out with him 1-2 a week.
Ethan Painter was my trainer for over a year. I approached him about using weight training to address bone loss in my hips. The program that he designed was so effective, that within 1 year the bone loss stopped as determined by a bone density test. He was always pleasant and encouraging. My goals for each session were challenging, but attainable. I never thought that I would enjoy weight training, however, I looked forward to my time and my overall strength and fitness increased substantially. Ethan designs each client's program very individually, tailoring their workouts to their specific needs and goals. Anyone with the motivation and discipline to seek out personal training will certainly reach their health, weight, or fitness goals if they follow the workout plan Ethan designs for them.

Andrew is an outstanding trainer! He was unlike any other personal trainer I've worked with in the past. He listened to what I wanted to accomplish and then custom developed a plan to get me there. He was tough but encouraging and held me accountable to the plan we developed. His workout space is professional and clean and I would recommend Andrew to anyone at any fitness level!

Matt is a FANTASTIC trainer! I lost 15 pounds training with Matt! He truly wants to help you reach your goals. Matt helped me understand that nutrition is the key to weight loss results and he also helped me see that it can be much easier to eat healthy when you take a long term health approach diet. His training is extremely specific and precise. He has a plan at all times that is catered to your abilities. In our workouts we focused on strength and what he called "muscle building cardio". He's truly an expert on exercise and making the goal of the exercise or circuit clear. The workouts were REALLY tough, but we pushed through every workout and it was worth it. I would recommend Matt to anyone that's looking for a personal trainer. He's always extremely professional and just a really nice guy to be around. Definitely a 5 star trainer!
I highly recommend Daniel as a personal trainer! I've been working with him for about eight months and have been in the best shape of my life. I also experienced the most strength gains from our weightlifting training. He was also very adept at teaching me proper form and showing me how I can create an entire program to achieve all my goals. When I first started working with him, I was a bit intimidated of the gym. Now I know the lingo and can talk with the best of them about super sets, drop sets, macros, CLA, etc. I'm so proud of the work we've done together! During our work together, Daniel emphasized the importance of nutrition in achieving goals. He also saw that as motivated as I could be, I still struggled with my sweet tooth. He told me a lot of his clients had those same struggles and it led him to become certified in an online nutrition habits program. During the last month I've been able to sample the new program and it's very exciting. Each week focuses on a new nutrition habit so that you are bringing about slow, long lasting change. It's exciting and I think it will help me with my long term goals of becoming a healthier person inside and out. Daniel is punctual, flexible, motivating, and passionate about what he does. My experience with George so far has been great! I'm 3 months postpartum and I'm anxious to lose the baby weight. But working with George- he has informed me that I won't lose any weight while sleep deprived (baby is not sleep trained yet) and so encourages me to sort out the sleeping patterns before we get started with exercising. This has proved to me that not only is not simply after the money by making me pay him to train me with no results, but also that he cares and has my best interests at heart! He is very knowledgeable about nutrition as well as exercise, which is not necessarily something you get with typical trainers (at least the "beefcake" types!) He is knowledgeable about the changes a woman's body goes through when pregnant which is obviously very helpful for me. I would recommend George to anyone!
Megan has been my personal trainer for over 3 years now! I sought out a trainer in March 2014 when I moved to Nashville and wanted to get in shape for my sisters wedding. At the time she was working at a gym in my neighborhood where I was paired with her. I immediately felt comfortable with her, and she tailored each workout to my goals. After my sisters wedding, I kept working with her. She got me in shape for my own wedding a year later. That was almost 2 years ago now and I still see her. As my goals shifted so did our workouts. She is kind and inspiring. Incredibly smart and hardworking. I had worked with many other personal trainers when I lived in Los Angeles and Megan is by far the best I have ever had. I never get bored and she is a pleasure to talk to. I would recommend her to anyone!!

In a personal trainer I was searching for a cross between Jillian Micheals and Bob Harper, I was lucky to that with Knox Pilkerton. Knox is passionate about health and fitness, he's committed to making sure his clients reach their fitness goals. He reminds me each session that 80% of reaching my weight loss goals is attributed to what I choose to consume daily. He has a wealth of knowledge about fitness and nutrition and he's always happy to share meaningful tips and ideas with his clients. Mitch Kornberg has changed my life for the better. Thanks to just three hours a week of coaching from Mitch, I am stronger and more flexible at 51 than I was 30. Great down to earth guy. He tweaks workouts to fit the individual and their goals and is really invested in helping them to achieve those goals. I've never been much of a gym guy, but I've been working out with Brendan for a month now and it's been fantastic. If you're looking for a coach or personal trainer I couldn't recommend him more. Easy to talk to, fun to be around, very knowledgeable, and works hard to help you succeed.
