Its been a very good experience so far. My trainer is attentive to my fitness level. He challenges me every workout, without asking me to do anything that would potentially cause injury.

His coaching is not formulaic, it is very specific to what I need to hear and assimilate. John has helped me to achieve physical training goals in a matter of weeks; goals that I thought were unattainable in any amount of time. You can't ask for anything more than that. AJ is a great trainer. When he say no weights nor running he mean it. This guy makes the training session fun and intense. I saw great results and I am toning up and losing those pounds. I love his training methods. I was maxing out at 185 on the bench press and after 30days with AJ I am maxing out at 225 only during body weight and my cardio has increase.
When I first started with Moses I was completely out of shape. I hadn't been in the gym in years. For the first couple of weeks I didn't think I was going to make it, but Moses was very patient and inspirational. He challenged me to push myself with the variety of circuit training he uses. He changed the way I looked at myself and my whole body in general. I became stronger and toned. All the things that I wanted. He gave me structure that I still use on my own in my workouts today. I went to my family reunion in September and realized that I was severely out of shape and that it was time for a change.
