Mr. Law Larson what an incredible trainer he is. Mr. Larson understands what it means to listen and take on your goals as his. He comes in to each session with a goal in mind and motivates you to complete each exercise and goes at your pace. He has transformed my body by building muscle while cutting fat and gaining weight, all at the same time. If there were more stars to give I would. If you are looking to challenge yourself physically he is the trainer for you. If your looking to loose weight he is the person to see. If you want to gain strength and muscles he is the personal trainer for you. I would recommend him now and in the future to anyone who is looking for one. He is very versatile in his dynamics and training sessions. He has helped me set goals and we met and exceeded these goals in 12 sessions. He is a great trainer and person.
For the better part of 2017 I have spent 2 nights a week working out and being trained by Ethan. I have tried working out on my own and with other trainers for years, but have never had the desire or motivation to continue my training to the point that I actually saw or felt results. That has changed with Ethan. In just a few short months I have increased my strength, increased the size and definition of my muscles, but most importantly feel the most "in shape" I have ever felt in my life. Ethan is personally such a positive and motivating trainer, that I look forward to our sessions and enjoy the time we spend together. I’ve been working out with Heydi for about a year now. I couldn’t be more pleased! Heydi is all you could ever ask for in a personal trainer. She is professional, knowledgeable, motivational and FUN! Not only does she have great knowledge of fitness, but also in nutrition. She listens to you and what your goals are and pushes you to make them. She CARES. She answers any questions you may have and if she doesn’t know the answer, she will find it and follow up with you. You get the maximum benefit of your time with her because she is constantly changing the routine to make sure you get the maximum benefit of your workout. I haven’t been bored once! I always look forward to my sessions with her. Her workouts are TOUGH, but Heydi has a knack for sensing when you’re struggling and manages to get you to push through with a smile on your face. Heydi is constantly broadening her knowledge in her craft through personal study and attending workshops. On top of all this, Heydi is a GOOD person! She meets the challenge of balancing work and family beautifully.

Having Jim as my personal trainer was the best decision I ever made. I wanted to invest in myself by making life style changes and he helped me get there. He is very professional, caring, knowledgeable and he made weight training fun. I would highly recommend Jim if you are looking for an excellent trainer.
I've worked out with multiple trainers, and Sarah is by far my favorite! She is great at pushing your limits and getting creative with workouts. I was never bored because it wasn't enough variety, or frustrated because I hated it. She always helped me be confident and believe in my abilities. After having a baby, I'm looking forward to getting back in shape with her!
I am 71 years old and feel great. I began training with Hunter years ago. Hunter is one of the most knowledgeable trainers I have ever met. He has been bodybuilding and training for decades and really knows his stuff.
Andrew is an outstanding trainer! He was unlike any other personal trainer I've worked with in the past. He listened to what I wanted to accomplish and then custom developed a plan to get me there. He was tough but encouraging and held me accountable to the plan we developed. His workout space is professional and clean and I would recommend Andrew to anyone at any fitness level!
I started training with Shana in February I was doing 2 days a week and recently went to 3 days a week. Shana far exceeds my expectations every time. She is dedicated to you and will push you in ways that are encouraging. I have lost weight as well as inches. I have lost a total of 5 inches in only 8 weeks. If you are making excuses as to why you cannot afford a personal trainer STOP! Invest in yourself instead of that coffee at Starbucks or eating out or even buying alcohol. If you change one thing in your life you can afford it and return you will love your results. I have had trainers in the past but none like Shana, she cares about you and your health! Erich is an amazing knowledgeable trainer. In May 2017 I had a fall resulting in brain surgery. This left me with disabilities which restricted my moments and caused weight gain. Erich’s background of doing Rehab in the Navy plus his several years of personal training made him and amazing fit for me. He helped me with my muscle movement and to loose 20 Lbs in a couple months. Even though we have moved far away he continuies to keep in touch and give pointers to ensure I am staying on the right track. He is a personal trainer who cares about you and your end results. I highly recommend him for anyone who wants a trainer who knows how to train no matter your body type or level of experience.
Nothing but great things to say about Matt! My biggest concern when I began my search for a gym/personal trainer was that I didn’t want someone just taking me from workout machine to workout machine or free weights and telling me to do 10 reps and move on to the next one. I wanted something more and Matt gave me more. If you’re looking for a quality personal trainer then Matt is your guy. I’ve been training with Matt since the end of March and he hasn't just helped me lose weight, but he helped me make a complete lifestyle change for the better. Daniel came to my home gym twice a week and was an amazing trainer! Always prompt, professional and well organized. He brought everything needed and somehow managed to get me on a diet so that I could finally lose 10 of the last 15 pounds to reach my goal weight (hey, we all can't be perfect). I have never been in better shape and I was quite sad when we moved away. I plan on hiring him again when I move back into town. He's very motivating and his workout routines were perfectly tailored to me!
Dani is one of the best trainers I have worked with. She pushes you to the max and always changes up the work to prevent you from plateaus. I would recommend her to men, women and even kids! She trains our whole family!
My experience with George so far has been great! I'm 3 months postpartum and I'm anxious to lose the baby weight. But working with George- he has informed me that I won't lose any weight while sleep deprived (baby is not sleep trained yet) and so encourages me to sort out the sleeping patterns before we get started with exercising. This has proved to me that not only is not simply after the money by making me pay him to train me with no results, but also that he cares and has my best interests at heart! He is very knowledgeable about nutrition as well as exercise, which is not necessarily something you get with typical trainers (at least the "beefcake" types!) He is knowledgeable about the changes a woman's body goes through when pregnant which is obviously very helpful for me. I would recommend George to anyone!
Megan has been my personal trainer for over 3 years now! I sought out a trainer in March 2014 when I moved to Nashville and wanted to get in shape for my sisters wedding. At the time she was working at a gym in my neighborhood where I was paired with her. I immediately felt comfortable with her, and she tailored each workout to my goals. After my sisters wedding, I kept working with her. She got me in shape for my own wedding a year later. That was almost 2 years ago now and I still see her. As my goals shifted so did our workouts. She is kind and inspiring. Incredibly smart and hardworking. I had worked with many other personal trainers when I lived in Los Angeles and Megan is by far the best I have ever had. I never get bored and she is a pleasure to talk to. I would recommend her to anyone!!
My trainer, Lexi Cox, really motivated me to push myself and achieve my goals. She conducted our training sessions very professionally, but she was also very personable and easy to get a long with.
I've worked with them for a long time now. I'm in my 40s and have had a few trainers in the past, but the thing that stuck out with me is how much they care about their clients. They always hold me accountable with body measurements, updated nutrition plans, different varieties of workouts, and the gym they are in is huge and well kept. Also - they don't overcharge to try to make more - they are very fair with their price! Definitely would give DM Fitness a try!
I have tried many trainers and without a doubt Knox is the best. He gets results and worked with me for my goals. I have lost 18 pounds in my first four weeks of training. Matt is a great trainer ! He has a great way of making you feel comfortable starting right where you are in your fitness journey. No judgement, just an atmosphere to reach your goals in your own timeframe and ability! He's not only motivational, but also challenges me to push myself farther than I could have done myself.
