The gym hes created is supportive, motivating and super well equipped.I did semi-private sessions and I was nervous going into a group where the other girls had already been training together and clearly knew what they were doing. I had not worked out in many many years, but they are so welcoming and fun and encouraging. I learned a lot from them along with Cam and they made it way more fun to show up at 5:30am. I am jealous of whoever gets to take my spot.I didnt know how to wight lift at all, but Cam explained everything so clearly and made sure I did things correctly. Hes patient, encouraging, and listens to your goals and designs a plan around that. He even gives you things you can do outside of the classes. He has high expectations and challenges you without making you feel overwhelmed.In the 6 months I trained with him, I saw a lot progress. He uses an app that tracks everything and that kept me accountable. My mom even commented on how I was looking toned. He knows what he is doing and is always researching nutrition and muscle information.I highly recommend if youre looking for a trainer whos knowledgeable, supportive, and makes the gym a place youll actually want to be. He discussed my previous history with trainers, exercise and listened to me and what my goals are. We set up an initial training session and from there I started training with him twice a week. Jim is honestly one of the most positive and kindest persons I have ever met! He is always a call, text or email away 24/7 when it comes to training and your diet. He pushes you to a different level and just after a couple of weeks I am moving weight I never thought I could. When Jim and I workout together, it’s not a training session where the trainer and client are talking three fourths of the time — we get work done!
