Started with Melissa at the beginning of December. I have enjoyed her Pilates, Extreme Training, and yoga classes. She has a great energy about her and is very patient and let's you go at your own pace. I've had great results!
Kelly and her staff are very friendly. I've tried their Barre, Zumba and yoga classes. It's been an amazing experience. I love working out in the morning in this class and be done with it for the rest of day. They do fantastic job with correcting your poses and giving you tips. I do recommend this class to anyone.
Kirsten has been such a blessing to me in so many ways. I'm new to yoga and decided to pursue it to relieve stress but it has had such a more meaningful impact on me than I ever would have imagine. Kirsten's instruction is patient, encouraging, and spiritual. The perfect combination for a beginner. I am always in a better place after our sessions and miss her when I'm unable to meet. I have loved my time taking yoga with Atali as my instructor. One of my major goals for the new year was to improve and develop my yoga practice. I had taken a few courses here and there but found it difficult to fully focus on the practice because I felt self conscious about my ability. I was recommended by a friend to attend one of Atali's classes, and have continued to attend ever since. Atali made me feel comfortable embracing the journey and accept that where my practice is today is a necessary step for the growth that is to come. Her love for the practice is expressed through her positive and uplifting approach to teaching, while she is compassionate for where you are in your practice she also encourages and guides you to move beyond your comfort zones. Liz is a wonderful teacher; she is passionate about yoga and form. She transformed my experience. I'd been doing yoga for a while, but by tweaking my foot placement in mountain pose, I have a whole new and more powerful workout happening. I highly recommend her.
Erica is a great motivator, she pushes you to do your very best without making you feel like you're being forced to do something. Her workouts are great and easy to follow, and you'll always leave with a sweat.

Before I met Yael and sometimes when I have to travel extensively I have taken yoga elsewhere and the difference in her approach, the beautiful serenity of her studio and her competence are far superior to anything else I have seen.
I have attended a number of Amanda's group yoga classes, as well as arranged a couple private lessons for times when I was experiencing lower back pains. She was able to work with the pain I was experiencing and show me some very helpful stretches and postures that helped to relieve the pain as well as protect myself from repeated injuries. She is a caring and knowledgable instructor who I would recommend highly!
Stephanie is an amazing instructor. For not having any yoga experience private lessons were a must for me. She carefully led me through different poses and taught me correct form and technique throughout the whole class. I have been extremely active my whole life and have never worked up a sweat like I did in her class! Absolutely amazing!
