We love Erica! She is so patient but persistent to ensure our child understands and retains what she learns. She has taken our daughter from dreading Spanish to happily doing the work required and succeeded in class!

I took a 6-week GRE prep course with Michal, and I am so glad that I did. By the end of the course, my score improved over 250 points, and I felt confident taking on the GRE. In addition to the prep book, Michal provided us with a math workbook he created himself that was extremely helpful. Math is definitely my area of weakness, and Michal happily worked with me until I felt comfortable with the problems. The cost of the course is a steal, not only compared to the cost of other available in-person courses, but compared to the quality of other courses -- Michal really went above and beyond to help everyone in our group, and I don't think that many other instructors (particularly those affiliated with bigger companies) would do the same. I cannot recommend this service strongly enough. Higher education is a necessity these days, and applying to graduate school is particularly daunting. Michal's services are excellent assistance in the process.

My son, Theo, was failing 8th Grade Math and was tutored by Aaron, with the fantastic result of going from a grade of 40 to a 90 within 6 months. Aaron's tutoring techniques and excellent bedside manner really helped Theo to learn the material and succeed, where school tutorials and other special education services had failed him. Thanks to Aaron's excellent tutoring program, Theo became confident in his Math abilities and passed the STAAR test and his Math class with ease! Theo was struggling to manage his ADHD and Asperger's Syndrome symptoms, and we were on the fence about whether the cost of private tutoring was worth the investment, but one look at Theo's changed (to positive) attitude and improved Math skills proved to us that Aaron's program was well worth it.

Eugene is a gifted and fantastic teacher. I have struggled to get a basic ability to speak any other language my entire life, and after a few short months with Eugene I learned more than I did in years. I can't wait to come back to Austin and work with him again. Highly recommend!!

Adria has worked for Scholastic as a consultant on our professional development offerings for teachers, and as a researcher for educational innovation strategies. Her writing is well-researched, crisp and concise with a strong voice. I believe her work with students, her background in education, and her flexible working style will make Adria an excellent essay tutor for college admissions and other writing support.

Nick Courtright is a name you should know as a tutor, consultant, editor and supporter. I have a "long poem" that needed someone to help me get my arms around it, and Nick did, by understanding and taking the big picture view. Upon completing it I have returned to Nick for guidance as to self-publishing or submitting to publishers. He is knowledgeable, to say nothing of the important attributes of being an excellent poet, articulate, scholarly. I plan to have Nick's help in assembling poems to submit for publication, for editing, selecting and market analysis. He knows more than I do, and I benefit from that. Bill

My daughter always seemed to have panic attacks leading up to tests. I was desperate to find a way for her to be comfortable especially as SATs were coming up. All I can say is after a few weeks with the tutors and life coaches at Chelsea International Education, my daughter’s confidence level went up a lot. She was not only prepared to take her SATs but her core academic skills have improved tremendously, which has helped her with her AP exams. The fact that all of the Chelsea tutors are fully qualified teachers, I think makes a major difference and really sets them apart. It really is a quality service and I am very happy to recommend them to anyone.

Mr Latimer is a great teacher! He tutored me from basic English class to SAT preparation. He is very responsible and patient. He helped me a lot with my reading and writing assignments even now I’m in college. He is very knowledgeable that he could tell you all about the wars and Shakespeare. Those topics might not sound interesting, but his sense of humor could make them fascinating!

He wrote me a great script for a short film I was shooting. Gave him the basic parameters and came back with a working script in about a day.

Connaughton Literacy Consulting provided services for a complex transcription project. The end result was a high quality product within the time frame and budget that was agreed on. I was provided with progress updates and given suggestions that improved the final document. I was very pleased with the service and value I received from Melissa at Connaughton Literacy Consulting and will use her services in the future.
