"I am a piano teacher myself, so I think I'm a pretty good judge of piano teaching. I'm also extremely particular (ask my husband and my friends)! Taylor Kroff is an exemplary piano instructor in every way. He's extremely qualified, gifted at teaching concepts, patient and professional. He is organized and structured in his teaching methods, which I really need. Bottom line - I'm loving my piano lessons with Taylor Kroff and I'm LEARNING!"

"I have enrolled my 6 year old for violin lessons with Dolce Studio. Two Lessons and my son has taken a liking to the instrument and the teacher Ms.Emily is so encouraging & supportive. She knows how to draw out my son who can be very reluctant to try in the face of a difficult task. Thanks to the wonderful Brenda Bedell for all the initial ground work in setting up the violin teacher for us! Highly recommend the studio for music lessons."

"I have been taking guitar lessons from Nick recently, and he is great! Very patient and explains things in a way I can understand. Doesn't jump down your throat the way some instructors do. Know he also teaches voice and keyboard lessons, and believe they'd be a good bet too. I would definitely recommend him!!"

"Eugene’s Music Studio is one of the most professional & kind music studios we had the honor to work with. My son is so excited and cannot wait for his piano lessons. The teacher was able to keep him busy and involved throughout the entire session (not an easy task) and she always comes up with new ways for him to stay involved. We are very happy that we found Eugene's Music Studio. Eugene was very attuned and helped us find the best fit for our child and we look forward to seeing the progress he will make with time."

"Micah is a truly wonderful teacher. I had piano lessons for 6 years as a kid - and I REALLY did not enjoy them. They were torturous. I am a vocalist, and had not really played keys/piano in approximately 15 years. Last summer, I started playing around on the piano a bit to try and help my songwriting and see if maybe, MAYBE, I could accompany myself. After writing a few simple tunes on the keys, I quickly realized that I needed to go deeper, to have a better understanding of what chords fit with what, to broaden my linguistic skills. I have only been taking lessons from Micah for about a month and so much has changed. The songs I have written have opened and bloomed, and I am jamming. It's so lovely. Most importantly, Micah didn't jump right into classical methods of teaching - he allowed me to show him what I know, how I learned it (hint: not by reading the music!), and he listened to me with regard to what I wanted to do with my practice. He has tailored all of his lessons and tasks accordingly. He has also been super accommodating with my schedule. THANK YOU, MICAH! 11 stars out of 10. "

"Kris is really chill aka patient with my kids, who aren't into piano lessons. He doesn't push them but has a firm yet encouraging demeanor. He's cool."

"Getting my son to try new things and sticking with them is no easy task. However, after starting piano lessons with Ms. Mindy a little over a year ago, my 8 year old has not only stuck with it but has performed at 3 piano recitals and 2 UT Festivals. Miss Mindy makes learning the piano fun by teaching them popular and exciting songs that they can play almost immediately. Then with her expert knowledge and fun and relaxed teaching style progresses them to more advanced pieces. I am thrilled with my son’s amazing progress and with the enjoyment and sense of accomplishment he gets from practicing and playing the piano. Thank you Miss Mindy!!!"

"Marshall taught me theory and Piano for over a year. His attention to detail and kindness really made the learning experience fun and challenging. Now that I've moved I no longer take regular lessons with him but we keep in touch often. Highly recommend!"
