We could not have made it through our wedding without Barbara Cooper, or Saint Barbara as I will call her! At first, we just hired her for our day-of coordination, but as the tasks started to pile up, my mom made the smart decision to hire her on as a full-time coordinator. It was one of the best decisions we made throughout the entire process! Barbara's calm demeanor, professionalism and positive attitude were the perfect match for this stressful time. She had many great ideas, design supplies and was very organized with To-Do Lists and Timelines that allowed our multi-day celebrations to run smoothly. Her decorations for our Meet and Greet and for the Wedding Day were perfect! I was so pleased with the way everything turned out. On the wedding day, Barbara was there from start to finish. We gave her a few items we wanted at the entrance for the guest sign-in and the display was perfect and really reflected our style! The table settings with burlap runners and small votive candles brought added romance to night. The biggest asset of having Barbara on our team was being able to leave the venue with our friends at the end of the night, knowing that everything was taken care of. All of the vendors had been paid by simply giving Barbara the checks with tips to hand out, all of the leftover food and alcohol was packed up and transported and all of our decorations, including flowers were collected and brought to where they needed to be. I have heard horror stories of couples celebrating their big day only to have to stay late to clean and tie up loose ends. Barbara ensured that all we had to do at the end of the night was walk under the lit sparklers held up by all our guests (which Barbara provided), get on our shuttle bus and enjoy the magical day that had just taken place. I would also like to add that Barbara's assistant was a huge help all weekend! They really worked great as a team to get things done expeditiously and beautifully. Hiring a wedding planner is the smartest thing you can do for your big day, and hiring Saint Barbara with Austin Event Studios is the perfect choice!
I had a great experience with Remi & Gold. They were wonderful from the first time I talked to them about doing my wedding florals till the very day of. Always responding quickly to my questions and willing to meet my needs when I decided to have a few changes here and there. I appreciate the work they did. My florals and decor was exactly as I had planned and Imagined it and I am so thankful for their help I would highly recommend them to anyone planning a wedding who wants wonderful florals and an amazing hand with everything else they may need.
Loved having our wedding here, and I highly recommend the in-house catering. We had a stellar buffet that more than satisfied all of our guests, and we had people telling us months down the road that they loved it. It was great working with Helen and getting all of our ideas out. She really made our dream wedding come true!
Amanda was a fantastic coordinator for my very DIY wedding! I thought I could handle everything myself, but as the date approached and I was completely overwhelmed, Amanda came to the rescue. We met several times to make sure things would go smoothly across all of our various venues and she kept the communication lines open. She was organized, thorough, and wonderful to work with. Even when there was a glitch with the sound equipment, Amanda kept things moving and made the night perfect. We couldn't have done it without her!
Michelle exceeded all of our expectations as far as her responsiveness, creativity and professionalism in planning our wedding. She is extremely friendly and truly cares about what she does. She went far beyond to make our day special and free of stress. She even helped us tremendously with our rehearsal dinner and to find ways to make the trip memorable to the many guests that we had attend from out of town. You would not go wrong in making her part of your event planning. Very impressive service!
We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Evelyn helped us plan our wedding and served as a day of coordinator. Working with our limited budget she was able to create a truly memorable night. Her personality and work ethic will set you at ease. She was easy to collaborate with. Everybody knows how strenuous a wedding can be but Evelyn's attention to detail alleviated our stress. This October we will be celebrating our one year anniversary and will be looking back fondly on our special day.

Kristy was the event planner for my husband's 50th bday party..Everything was good!! I loved the decor. I just wished I was closer to her, because I stressed myself out because she lived in a whole different state than I. Also, I gave her a short time to work a miracle, but she was able to handle it.
Keye’s guidance and suggestions made our wedding day truly stress free. She was organized and took care of everything on the big day. She had wonderful vendor recommendations and the food was to die for! Her attention to detail allowed not only my husband and me to enjoy the day, but also our families and wedding party. Keye and her assistant handled all the organization and printing of the seating chart, place cards, and menus, had cocktails and hors d’oeuvres waiting for us post ceremony so we could enjoy a few minutes alone.
