P90X and Insanity classes are a great way to increase not only your physical fitness but your physical well being too. These classes are non judgmental and everyone supports each other as engage in exercise. I am 48 YOA and this has helped me feel stronger than I have been in my younger years. I strongly recommend Studio X, all ages, shapes and sizes will benefit from thaw classes. Remember The hardest part is getting to your workout!
