Where do I even begin? Becky is an all out fitness super star who knows her stuff and can articulate her knowledge perfectly to even the most beginner of beginners, like myself. With her awesome combination of upbeat encouragement, a deep understanding of what the human body is capable of, her bubbly personality, her willingness to answer any and all questions you might have, and her ability to craft tailored plans for her clients each and everyday, Becky is a powerhouse of a trainer and I wouldn't recommend anyone else. I hired her through Thumbtack and was given 10 other fitness training options in my area, boy am I glad I decided to choose her! Her rates are extremely affordable and the results are to die for. I only train 3 times a week at half an hour increments and I've already received tons of compliments about my emerging new body, and I've only been training with her for a few months! If you're willing to give her your all, she WILL help you achieve your goals. No doubt about it.
I was in search of a trainer to help with the discipline of working out. I am extremely pleased with my experience. We began with an evaluation that included discussion about exercises that I dreaded. We then worked together on a plan that would be manageable for me. Now at about 9 weeks into the program I am still very pleased with my trainer. He is professional and personable and has helped me to do things (push-ups, weight lifting, kick boxing) that I have never done before. He is very supportive and flexible in helping me to achieve my goals. Work outs are challenging but we have fun. I can honestly say that I enjoy exercise and it's because of what I learned from Adam and Simple Basic Fitness. I would, and have, recommend this service to anyone who is looking to get in shape in a way that's tailored to your needs and abilities.
Dubs was everything I could have asked for in a personal trainer ! My boyfriend and I decided to start working out together, and even though we were at different fitness levels, Dubs made the weekly training sessions effective and challenging for both of us. He was very accommodating with our busy schedules, whether it meant switching our the time, the day or the location of our training. He has a great personality and definitely knows his stuff !

Shortly after my wife Dina and I had moved to Dallas from New Jersey in 2001, she began training with Jason Harnden. I was introduced to Jason in 2003, and we began a training regimen. In 2004 there was a lockout in the NHL, and the entire 2004-2005 season was lost. I began an extremely rigorous resistance training and conditioning program that enlisted the expertise of a number of the countrys best athletic/performance based professionals in the industry. During this time I achieved the absolute pinnacle of performance in my 18 year career in the NHL. The year we returned to play, which was a contract year for me with the Dallas Stars, I had the best point total, tied for highest assists, and the second highest number of goals scored, in my entire NHL career. Its a good thing all that hard work paid off, because unbeknownst to me Jason had done an interview with TSN on the topic of what NHL players were doing to stay in game shape during the lockout. Jason went on record saying, Jason Arnott will be in the best shape of his career, and he should have a banner year. Well, we made that happen! I ended an 18-year career in the NHL in November of 2013. Jason has helped me through this tremendous fitness/health paradigm shift. Jason designed a new gym in our home to suit my entire familys needs for the present and the future. My personal goals have changed dramatically, and Jason has made my programs evolve to better serve my current wants and needs both functionally and aesthetically. I recently had a total knee replacement and Jason played an integral part in both preparing for the procedure, and the rehab process thereafter. Im proud to say that just months later I was in California with my family surfing and hiking! I also entrust Jason to work with my son as well. Jason is a true professional in every sense of the word, but he is also a fun guy, and now a trusted family friend. I would highly recommend him and his services! -Jason Arnott
Josh teaches the Camp Gladiator class I regularly attend at Bob Eden Park in Euless (he also has a class at Chishom Park in Hurst). He is enthusiastic and supportive no matter your fitness level. He changes his workouts constantly and makes them fun and challenging for all levels. You definitely get a good workout and get every last minute of your time from Josh as he pushes you to do your best the entire hour of class. I would highly recommend Josh to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and passionate coach for training and fitness.

Coach Rashad will help you achieve your goal from beginning to end and will not quit on you. He's dedicated to each client to ensure they get in shape and live a healthy lifestyle. Christyn Johnson at Well Help Fitness is a rockstar at accomadating your health and fitness needs to get you to what you want to obtain with my fitness goals! She does the best personal training I've had and her classes are new and fresh from any other gym! She also does a free assesment for your first training session so you can see her gym and what she is all about! Started with Melissa at the beginning of December. I have enjoyed her Pilates, Extreme Training, and yoga classes. She has a great energy about her and is very patient and let's you go at your own pace. I've had great results!
