If you are like most owners, you do not want to interview several Property Managers, just make a solid decision to hire a great one. I am a "Texas Certified Residential Property Manager". I am also a "Texas certified leasing specialist". These require many, many hours of additional education, experience, and expertise, and keep both owner and manager at less risk of legal issues. I have a limited practice, only adding a few properties each year. My Management company has strict requirements for the type of properties we manage, and the owners we care for. Our service is exclusive and very hands on. I'm sure you are like most owners, wanting personal service rather than becoming a number in someone database. Red Phone preforms deep investigation into applicants past performace to be sure they come, pay on time, care for your property, and stay. 3. Prepare and send your financial statements to you and your CPA (if you like), including monthly and year end. Red Phone has the reputation of being the company you hire when you want little turn over. Our system for choosing renters has been so successful that often our renters come and stay years, which in turn is healthier for the home, and easier on your pocketbook. I wanted to post a real honest review of CW Sparks management co. I had a house rented and managed thru them and all I can say is they were very professional and honest and upfront with everything. The service I received was courteous, professional and timely, especially from Austin and Donald. I also had an unfortunate situation once with a terrible tenant who had to be evicted, and without CW Sparks's help it would have probably been an extremely difficult situation to get things sorted out. I have always had great service from everyone in the office and would definitely recommend property management thru them.
