Latest Review: I'm currently still training with James, & my results are great. He helps people know what's good & bad to eat, even posts videos to see if there are any other ways he can possibly help you out. He definitely knows how to work different parts of the body to touch every muscle to get the best results. I have muscles toning that I have never seen on me before. Every session is always better than the last. We have fun when working out, he helps me be excited for what my results will be from each workout, & those are just a couple of the reasons why I recommend him to everyone I know. He's very professional, & down to earth at the same time. He respects when you're sick, & not feeling well because he wants you to be able to give your 100% in your sessions. I always give my all, & try to push my limits, but he never allows me to push more than my body can handle because he doesn't want me to hurt myself.
