My kids have been taking piano lessons at the conservatory for the past 5 years. Dr. Guevara and his team of talented teachers are amazing. They have created a love for music and musical instruments for my kids. My son will be in Jr. high next year and his decision to take up orchestra as an elective was so spontaneous that he did not think twice. Thank you so much. You all are awesome.
My son has really enjoyed taking cello lessons and looks forward to it every week!
Very happy with the cello lessons I have had with Sonya Matoussova. She is very professional.

My son is having so much fun learning to play the guitar. His instructor Alan is great! We highly recommend The Piano Studio.
The Piano teacher arrived on time, very good with the kids and had a lot of experience.
I've been taking piano lessons with Sessions Music for almost a year and I wouldn't go anywhere else! I LOVE my instructor and I've learned so much! I highly recommend Sessions.
When I first contacted Amanda, it was about violin lessons for two children, a three year old and a four year old. Although I played cello as a child, I was worried about whether or not a cello was in our start up budget. Mind you, I was considering lessons for two children. After texting with a very patient and thorough Amanda (thank you), I learned that my three year old was probably a little young, and that Amanda herself is a cellist. It seemed meant to me. From picking Lachlan's cello, to reassuring me and calming my nerves, and pointing me in the right direction for study materials that supplement her lessons, she has been unbelievable from the start. She is a 360 degree instructor. Lachlan has had one lesson at Amanda's house and one here so far. Both lessons were pleasant, informative and at a great pace for a child Lachlan's age. Not only was it engaging, but the way she teaches allows for retention from one week to another. My three year old insists every time Lachlan and I take out his cello to practice that he is old enough! Which I absolutely love. Lachlan loves his cello and things are never super cool when Moms say, so I give Amanda all the credit. I even bought myself a new cello. Amanda has awaken a curiosity around music in all of us. I did not know whether to start with sports or music, and I am glad I started here with her. Please do yourselves a favor and send her a short text with questions and concerns. She will answer all your questions and she will do away with your concerns. She is better than google. I am not exaggerating. Thank me later. Happy learning.
I am a music teacher, teaching cello to students who are starting out. I started cello in elementary school and continue studying cello to the point where I got my degree from cello. My belief of learning is although the road is hard, it is worth it in the end. Also if you want more information. Please contact me on my Phone number or my email
Ariana is an absolutely wonderful teacher, cellist, and human being. I hired her as an artist-faculty member at the chamber music intensive program I direct at the Danbury Music Centre in Danbury, CT. She worked seamlessly with both kids and adults in chamber music rehearsals, coachings, masterclasses, and private lessons. The participants loved working with her and we've received requests to bring her back next year. Her easy-going nature combined with her vast knowledge of music and ability on her instrument gives her excellent communication skills. She is a model teacher, qualified for every situation and I couldn't give her a higher recommendation.

Sami has made a major impact in my studies with the cello. Her outgoing personality and attention to detail makes every lesson unique. Sami is the perfect teacher for finding the smallest things that make the biggest difference in cello playing. She is the nicest teacher, but yet the most driven teacher a student can have. She will go above and beyond to help her students and is open to any questions a student can have. Sami has helped me through my recent college auditions and has provided me with the best information, suggestions, practice techniques, and advice I could ever possibly receive. She has helped me build up my confidence so that my college auditions aren't as scary and to where I can just relax and just play music. Although Sami pushes me on my technique, she never forgets the reason why we play cello. The love she has for music shows in every lesson. The musical aspects of her teachings are just amazing. She inspires me as a player to practice even harder. Sami sets the bar high for her students, which makes Sami an outstanding teacher.
I am a nationally certified music teacher. I work for a school district in Houston, TX where I teach middle school orchestra. I have been studying the violin for over 25 years and although it is my primary instrument, I also teach viola and cello as well. I have a music room in my house but I am happy to travel outside to teach in your home!
I spread the love of music and help out upcoming cellists. I have had many students before, and all have done well in their studies. I enjoy my teaching, and I love seeing my students succeed. As of the beginning of summer, I will be available almost anytime. I can work out a price with you, and I plan on teaching for an hour at a time. Please contact me at my email or at my cell number. I will not be able to answer my cell at all times so if I do not answer, please leave a message.

I am a professional musician with an MA in cello performance and music education. I studied both in the United States and Germany and have performed throughout Europe, Asia and North America as a chamber and orchestral musician. I have taught private lessons for many years and am comfortable teaching absolute beginners to very advanced students. I believe in very personalized instruction to help you achieve your individual goals.
I have a more personalized approach to cello. It is a very versatile instrument and can be used for many different genres, so why shouldn't it be? If someone wants me to play a certain genre, I can do it. If someone wants to learn how to play a certain genre, I'll focus on the techniques that will make you sound the best in that genre.
My cello studio has been existence for over 4 years all the while establishing a proven track record of success, with students regularly participating in Region orchestras and receiving excellent ratings at UIL solo and ensemble contests.

Currently a music student in college, I began teaching guitar, piano and theory in high school to both educate people in more advanced musical performance, ability, or composition. Having trained eight students in only a year, I plan to use my experience in advanced education to become a professional music educator at the collegial level.
My website is an amalgam of the music I have made, so just consider it a portfolio of sorts! I want to focus on helping others be able to jam with any band at any time but just as well. Any level of musicianship and style is welcome as well as any age. I'm certified in theory, so you will learn the same things every real musician out there knows. I do group lessons for a decreased price, and my past theory taught myself mostly everything I know. I also have books that I can loan out for learning but only if students can put a security deposit (the cost of the book) in while they use it. Experience: I was classically trained on piano for 14 years (I feel old.) but have only two years of real lessons. I am classically trained on double bass and cello for nine years but have seven years of lessons within an orchestra made up of some of the most accomplished musicians I'll ever know. (Thank you, Shack.) I taught myself on guitar for eight years. I really thought two more strings wouldn't be so hard from bass, and it really isn't. Finding your own style is, though! I have had experience in production and live techniques within digital audio workstations for four years. I mostly picked up bits and pieces and started with using sampling until I realized how much respect that brought me to lose within the electronic community. I mostly use FL Studio, which a lot of people shoot down, but really as a musician, it is not the instrument that makes the player; it is the player that makes the instrument. I have very little experience with Reason, Ableton, Cubase, or Pro Tools and the like, but I do get general concepts of production and sound which they all use. I just want so many others to feel the way I do after writing a piece. It's like knowing that no matter what happens to you physically to tear things apart, a part of you that truly reflects you inside and out with no ability to be falsified or fabricated will always live on and potentially help those in the same ways music has for me so many times before. Thank you for your time. I can't wait to teach you everything that I know!
