Yashron is great! I originally looked into personal training for my 15 year old son, but Yashron had such a positive impact on my son's mindset surrounding nutrition and fitness that I started training with him as well. Yashron is very well educated in diet/nutrition providing excellent recommendations for nutrition supplementing the training experience. Yashron is extremely focused on proper body mechanics throughout the training process providing thorough instruction during each session. My son and I have learned a lot about nutrition, exercise, and general health from Yashron. Yashron does an excellent job adding an element of fun and humor during each session. I know a lot of personal trainers and the difference between Daryll and the rest is the difference between knowing and understanding (wisdom). Knowledge is knowing tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is knowing not to use tomato in a fruit salad. Daryll gets fitness, he understands fitness. All you need to do is talk with Daryll, then you will understand. Many personal trainers retain their fitness knowledge only long enough to pass the certification exam but would fail if they took the exam today. Some, not many, would pass the exam today. The problem is the training courses teach the material to calculate answers without any requirement to understand why the formula works. Why is this important? Wouldn't you rather get maximum results for the time and money invested? Daryll puts in the effort required to maximize results without injury. Not only can he assess your current fitness level he can accurately predict future results. Amazing. This how it goes. After 3 or 4 weeks you will feel the difference. After 6-8 weeks others will notice the difference. Actually in the first week you will notice something very different when you reach the last rep of the last set in your work out, it is phenomenal. It's awesome, it feels like you could not do one more rep. If there were a challenge between Daryll and an NFL Strength Coach, my money would be on Daryll. If anyone wants to take me up on this challenge, Daryll knows how to get a hold of me. Patrick Young
I recommend Zein to anyone and everyone! She has helped me to lose the pounds that I just could not get off. I am so excited about my new life! I am wearing clothing that I haven't been able to wear for years. I have had trainers before who really worked me entirely too hard and yet, I wouldn't have the results I was needing! Zein doesn't operate that way. She knew what I needed and it worked! She helped me in every facet of life, both physically and nutritionally. She even helped me grocery shop! Sean is awesome. I have been working with him since late December. When I asked Thumbtack for personal trainers and reached out to several of them, he was the first to respond and has been great ever since. It's been a while since I last worked out so I wanted a trainer who was certified and would not end up hurting me. Sean is very careful about pushing me to my limits but not overdoing anything. He's also working on strengthening some areas that have been long injured by life. I would whole heartedly endorse Sean.
My fitness journey has been up and down. Nina really helped me find my way back and took the time to listen and take into account my personal physical needs and an injury. She pushed but she understood how to help me improve on my fitness and heal my body at the same time. I'm really seeing results and I love her positive energy, it's addicting. If you are a beginner or a seasoned exerciser I recommend Nina. I couldn't be more pleased with her professionalism and expertise, along with her kind way of teaching.
It was great talking to the trainer and was relieved to see a trainer after soo many years but sadly the trainer Never responded after our first meet up which actually went pretty well and discussed about the plan how to start about and how I'll be called and told the details but never heard back from them even when I left the message to inform me the details. So just very upset and broken that i got bailed out. Was really looking forward to it

Samuel was really helpful!! Before I started working with him, I didn't know if I was doing certain workouts correctly or not & he showed me how to do them the right way & where it works on your body (I.e glutes, core, etc.) & introduced me to new workouts! He gave me some great advice when it came to eating the right way & truly wanted to help me lose weight & get fit! He's flexible with your schedule & understands if you ever have to reschedule/cancel a session. I strongly recommend Samuel to anybody who wants to have a healthier lifestyle!
Christine Noyes is an amazing trainer. If you are looking for a personal trainer that is professional and knows what she's doing, you have found her. Christine works with all types of clients. I started working out with Christine at age 47. I had low energy, felt bad about myself and had aches, pains and medical problems. Christine was patient but tough. It was what I needed. I have built muscle strength, built my core- which helped with my chronic lower back pain and have more energy. At age 50 I am stronger than I have ever been. She is the real deal!!!!!
Jesse became my personal trainer a year ago and he than began to transform my body within a few months of training and as well a lifestyle change in my eating habits. I had spent a year with someone else after having bariatric surgery and I did not see as much transformation, as I did working with Jesse! He is very educated on fitness and truly listens to your personal fitness goals. He also helps you reach those fitness goals, so you can be happy with all of the hard work that you have put in. He enjoys his job so much that it shines through in his teaching! You will truly enjoy working with him, as well with a little laughing along the way too! I have learnt so much from him, that I can continue on my journey of success! All of this happens over time, remember change doesn't happen in a month or a few weeks, it takes dedication and education from Jesse for you to be completely successful in your weight loss journey!
Corey is a great trainer. Very knowledgeable in what he does and makes exercise fun and exciting! Very different from any other trainers you would get at any gym in Houston. I highly recommend him.
James Redding is one of the best personal trainers I've ever came across. I've worked with many personal trainers before over the years and out off all of them i'd pick James in a heart beat. He's very carrying towards his clients and their goals and will push you to achieve them. He pre-plans your work outs prior before you coming in for one and he always makes it a priority to stretch you at the end of your session, he will never cut your time off early either! He also measures you each month to show you your progress. Overall James is a certified NASM master trainer and I would chose him over any trainer, he defiantly knows what hes doing.
Cory is def as legit as they come and I'd highly recommend! Been working with him for 2 1/2 months now and I've seen big time changes. His personality is super contagious and his training style makes you want keep coming back for more. He's an AB GURU! I've lost weight and shedded inches, but most importantly I feel a lot healthier overall from the day I started!
Weston is an excellent trainer. He can adjust easily within the workout as needed. His workouts are challenging, he makes sure that the workout has variation and moves quickly. There is little or no time wasted.
