- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to talk with our client on the phone and gauge what their need is, once we have had call, we will set up a time to meet. Once we meet, we can discuss your vision or goals and formulate a plan of action. For our hair clients, we want to discuss what kind of hair styles you like and send pictures of the styles. During the hair trial we go through a number of hair styles so you find the one you like the most. We are in the business to serve you!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with a variety of clients in various demographics. Regardless of the type of customer they are, everyone is treated with respect, loyalty and honor.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be sure that they can accommodate to your need, honest and patient. You want someone to tell you when something doesn't look good and provide you options for improvement. Be sure to find someone that is invested in making you happy and not just interested in a check. Lastly, especially with hair trials, be sure they can do at least 2-3 different styles on you so you can see the differences of how you look in each style.
