Damon Hawkins owner of Hawkins General Contractors did an exceptional job of understanding what it was that I was trying to accomplish. I had several meetings with Damon before a decision of what I wanted installed was reached. Every single time Damon was on-time to our meetings and was flexible in providing information about available options. Damon even went the extra mile by providing me with local home addresses where I could look at homes which already had a particular Roofing material installed. Damon also provided estimates of cost for installation at my home.The great service didn't stop once a decision of what was being installed was reached. Damon got a Decra certified crew to install the tiles I choose for my home. Damon showed up every day on site to make sure the work was not only being done to my satisfaction but to his satisfaction as well.The crew that did the install, was very careful to cover everything so that while my old roof was being removed things like the windows to my home, the pool were not damaged.Once the install was completed his crew did a good job of walking around to pickup any trash that had gotten loose despite all the precautions they had taken. Damon provided the certificate for my insurance to prove I have a class 4 roof to my insurance company.In addition to the roof replacement I had Damon install gutters. The team Damon had for gutters did an exceptional job of instinstalling the gutters and making sure the down spout were installed properly as well.Damon, you and your team did an exceptional job from Start to finish. I am confident that my roof will last me and my family 40+ years.
