Very very good trainer. Knows what he's talking about and is easy to get along with. Definitely would recommend to anyone new to the workout field, Those losing weight, or even those who just want to get in better shape.
Zak has been amazing and exactly what I needed to kick my butt into gear. I have seen results much faster than I ever would have expected. Although weight loss was not an explicit goal, I've dropped a lot of fat and gained muscle. Just as importantly he has had an impact on my eating habits. I'm not on any crazy diet, just paying a bit more attention, which has led to a huge increase in energy. He is very knowledgeable about diet and physiology and is constantly switching things up in order to keep me moving forward and motivated. He asked great questions in order to help me figure out exactly what my goals were and then created a program that has pushed me to achieve those goals and beyond. He keeps me accountable to myself and has helped me get into the best shape that I have ever been in!

I hired Ruby to help keep me motivated/on track for weight loss. I have been working with her since May and I have lost 25 lbs so far. She is awesome! Very encouraging and never does the same workout twice. I highly recommend her!

Evan is such an amazing trainer and motivator. He is always energenic and passionate about his clients. He makes each work out efficient and difficult, but understands how hard he can push you. Evan brings so much knowledge about overall fitness to each session. I explained that the first thing I wanted to do was feel healthy again, then to lose weight. He then explained everything that he could do to get me there. I trained with Randy before and after my knee replacement several years ago. He helped me with my weight loss and strengthening my knee to prepare for the surgery. And after the surgery he helped me build up the muscles around my knees as well as a total body work out. I have had few trainers so when I was recommended Liz I was slightly apprehensive as I had never trained with a lady trainer before. But working with Liz I quickly found that she is very knowledgeable and versatile in her training. During sessions she mixes up her training with different styles while keeping my primary goal(s) in mind, which keeps it interesting and fresh for me! She has a good sense to understand my limits and pushes me accordingly. I would strongly recommend Liz whether your goal is weight loss, muscle building or just pushing yourself to next athletic limit!

I trained with Trey over 2 years, working up to 3 days a week. He helped me create a meal plan and kept me accountable by checking my bmi monthly. He was able to keep me interested in working out with variety. We worked on balance and stability, working up to a power phase.
