We thoroughly enjoy our dance lessons with Beata! She is a very dependable, reliable and organized dance instructor. She has a way breaking things down in a way that makes it easy to grasp. Beata sincerely cares about her students and brings a high level of enthusiasm to her lessons. We can really see the improvement Beata has made in our dancing!
Private dance lessons. They were great! Had lots of fun. Learned a ton
I started my world of ballroom dance at this studio 4 years ago. I have grown here and will always consider this home. Such a friendly atmosphere, great classes & social parties. A nice place to start and progress your dance skills and have fun.
My husband and I used Kelly for dance lessons for our first dance for our wedding. She was easy to work with and made our dance lesson so fun! We plan on going back for more dance lessons in the future!
My parents went to their first dance lesson with Stephany and they had a great time! This was an anniversary present for them so I'm thrilled they both said they had such a good time and learned so much about dancing.
We were very impressed with Donna and would recommend her to anyone looking for dance lessons. We found her teaching style to be perfect for us - she was fun, easy-going and patient, that is, she was willing to walk us through things as many times, and as many ways, as necessary for us to grasp the concepts. We are a 50ish married couple, but, we had so much fun we felt like kids during our lesson.
I started taking dance lessons with Chris a few weeks ago, and it has been an excellent and fun learning experience! He is well-versed in teaching all ballroom dances (smooth & rhythm), combining technique with practical application. His flexible and easygoing teaching style, ability to simplify and break things down, in addition to his great sense of humor, makes learning to dance easy and enjoyable. I learn something new every week and always look forward to the next lesson!
We've been working with Emmy for nearly three years, starting as true beginners at Ballroom Dance. She has taught us basic as well as intermediate steps in all six Ballroom dances (Foxtrot, ChaCha, Waltz, Rumba etc). We like her approach in that she stresses technique and not just the steps themselves. Emmy is passionate about excellence in dancing but also very enjoyable and friendly to work with. Bill and Gayle
Augie is an awesome instructor! My fiance and I are taking dance lessons before our wedding, and after our first lesson with him, we immediately booked him for 2 more weeks and plan on taking one with him every week until our wedding. He's very knowledgeable about a huge variety of dancing, and he is very good at explaining it. Highly recommend!
Ashley is incredible! She is an excellent listener, extremely professional and personable. She was very prompt with her responses and even continues to manage your progress outside of class. You can tell she truly cares and is there to help you achieve and meet your goals. I highly recommend Ashley. (She has been assisting me with personal ballet lessons) Also her pricing is very fair and she takes the time to go over what will work best for you.
Was told I would need to step up my ballroom dancing for an upcoming wedding and though I have done it before it has been years, Belinda is proving to be just what I needed to get back to it in a timely fashion.
I have been studying ballroom dance under David Conner for over 3 years. Since that time, I have done 4 showcases at different venues, 2 competitions and will compete again at the end of May 2018. Mr. Conner is an outstanding dance instructor in that he cares about his students learning the different ballroom dances in the correct manner. He teaches not only the steps but also “the why and the how”. He cares that the student is properly prepared to compete, to perform, to dance at one’s wedding or out socially—whatever the goal, he is the best at helping you succeed. He has a wide range of dance experience. I highly recommend Mr. Conner and Conner Dancesport if you are interested in learning to ballroom dance or any of the other areas such as ballet and tap (just a few) that he can teach. Happy Dancing!

The penguin dance. Don't do it, please. Are you deathly afraid of boring your guests or dancing like you were still in grade school (every bride's and especially the groom's fear)? Prepare for your wedding reception's first dance by letting us choreograph a first dance that will look great on your video, dazzle your family and friends, and be fun for you! Come with your first dance wedding song in hand, or discuss choosing the right music. Learn how to work with your dance space, shaping, frame and form. Learn the steps to the most popular wedding dances (foxtrot, 3-step country, waltz, 2-step country, rumba, nightclub two step and social slow dance), and/or the more exotic first dances which usually requires private sessions also (tango, Viennese waltz , salsa, swing and many more)! Receive tips on how to enjoy yourself while creating a memorable first dance by playing to the audience and each other; then, add lighthearted flourishes like a well-timed wink, spinning the bride, kissing her hand, or a bow and curtsy. More adventuresome couples may want to add a special flair or even a dip! Leave the class with the confidence to let go of your fears, and create a dance to remember! You've made a vow to wed; now, make a vow to dance with Dallas First Dance! We have several class options available for you such as private lessons (one couple with one instructor) in which you have a full hour to discuss issues that you may have with your routine, and be able to work with your first dance to the music that you have chosen in a private setting. Recently, a popular option has become semi-private group classes in which you choose up to seven couples of your choice for instruction on the dances most suited to your event. This option is great for the whole wedding party! See you on the floor!

I am a dancer who recently went to graduating from Booker T. Washington High School for the performing and visual arts, and I am currently in the process of getting a bachelor's degree in dance from Point Park University, which is one of the top schools in the U.S for dance. I have been dancing since the age of three, with multiple studios around the DFW metroplex, as well as competed in multiple competitions around the U.S. I also have currently worked with children from the ages of 3-17, teaching them different styles in dance. I have trained in all styles, including ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, hip-hop, modern as well as trained with Complexions Contemporary Ballet Summer Intensive. I love being able to teach young kids the art of dancing. I think that it is a great way to stay active and in shape for young children as well as kids in their teens. I have choreographed audition pieces for dancers who applied to Booker T. Washington High School for performing and visual arts and were accepted into the program. I have performed in New York multiple times including for the Roberta Flack Tribute Concert at the Joyce Theatre in New York City. If you want to learn how to dance or even just to be able to hold a beat and a groove, I am the person to contact. I am very passionate about my work, and I would love to be able to share my artistry with the world through the different styles of dance. Not only is this a fun sport, but it also keeps you very active and in shape.
