Kelly and her staff are very friendly. I've tried their Barre, Zumba and yoga classes. It's been an amazing experience. I love working out in the morning in this class and be done with it for the rest of day. They do fantastic job with correcting your poses and giving you tips. I do recommend this class to anyone.
Kirsten is an amazing yoga teacher and i am so glad we met her. My son has learnt so much in such a short time and we plan to continue the yoga and meditation lessons for the long-term. I would highly recommend using her for both adults and children. She has gone above and beyond our expectations.
The cardio/yoga class is great. It is a comfortable setting and everyone is welcome no matter their work out level. I enjoy the instructors insight and knowledge. She takes time to meet each students needs. I highly recommend her services!
This is a super easy recommendation for an outstanding yoga instructor! I would rate Melissa even higher if there were more stars. She's been my instructor for over three years and in that time we've all been blessed with her knowledge, patience and expertise to the "core". Yes, she's great for yoga and Pilates. Have no hesitation to attend any of Melissa's classes. She fits the bill for both beginner and experienced. She'll make you feel like you're at home in your practice.
I love being in yoga classes with Mekare as my instructor. She offers lots of options for different levels/abilities, and has an amazingly calming/soothing voice that makes it so easy to be relaxed by the end of class.
I have attended a number of Amanda's group yoga classes, as well as arranged a couple private lessons for times when I was experiencing lower back pains. She was able to work with the pain I was experiencing and show me some very helpful stretches and postures that helped to relieve the pain as well as protect myself from repeated injuries. She is a caring and knowledgable instructor who I would recommend highly!

I like how she tailored the session to my experience level so I didn’t feel dumb by falling every 5 seconds. She made it beginner level while keeping the intensity up. I was actually sore the next day. Lol she also used poses that not every single class has, which was nice.

This practice is a powerful and energetic form of yoga where students learn to fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breath to their movements. It incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, cardio and physical and mental stamina in one session. It is the perfect blend of sweat and serenity. Though my focus is making the practice accessible to all ages and body types, I also like to play and have fun with arm balances and inversions!
