How do I find someone to fix my sprinkler system?

You can find a sprinkler repair professional by conducting a little bit of online research. This gives you access to their ratings and customer reviews. Some customers will even submit photos of their sprinkler systems that were fixed by the pros. But before you hire a professional, contact them. Ask them questions about their expertise, tell them about your sprinkler problem and request free cost estimates.

How do I increase water pressure in my lawn sprinklers?

Figure out why your sprinkler has low water pressure and determine if you need to make any repairs. There could be an issue with the valve, a leak or the sprinkler heads may need cleaning. If the water pressure is low in your house as well (check your water pressure regulator), the problem may be with the municipal water supply.

Why wonโ€™t my sprinklers pop up?

Several problems can prevent sprinkler heads from popping up. For example, here are a few possible culprits:

  • The valve is partially closed.
  • Thereโ€™s dirt, sand or debris between the sprinklerโ€™s cap and riser.
  • There's low water pressure.
  • There are leaks in the water line.

Contact a pro to help you diagnose the problem and repair it.

Why is one sprinkler zone not working?

One sprinkler zone could be malfunctioning for several reasons, although the most obvious one โ€” a closed valve โ€” is often the culprit. Check to see if the main system valve is closed. Itโ€™s easy to forget to turn this back on after repairs. Other causes for failed sprinkler zones are electrical issues within the valve, timer, wiring or solenoid. A common reason is a bad connection that needs to be re-soldered.

Everything you would want in a sprinkler repair (or any maintenance ) company!! Tony called quickly, came when he said he would, and completed the task quickly. His crew knew what to do and went right to it. They dug over 235 feet of trench and when they left you could barely tell they had been here. It was one of the more pleasant repair jobs I have had on my house/yard. I will definitely hire Montiel Sprinklers if I need my irrigation system worked on

Mario did an amazing job. I asked him to come out and check to see if I had a leak with my sprinkler system, but turned out it was just poor drainage and a badly designed flower bed border. Mario went outside of his usual work and drilled drainage holes and filled with gravel. He was very responsive and a tremendous value for all the work he did. Iโ€™ll be saving his number for when I need an actual sprinkler repair. I highly recommend XL Irrigation!

Sam showed up on time to repair a number of sprinkler system issues on both drip hoses and pop-up heads. We discussed what needed to be done and what could wait until next year (raising heads above lawn level). He completed the work quickly and checked with me on certain areas that were a bit tricky. Would recommend.

Repair man misdiagnosed my problem. He said I did not have a sprinkler system problem but I did. At his recommendation, I hired a plumber at an exorbinate rate and the plumber found and fixed the sprinkler system leak. I spent another $375 for the diagnosis of the problem and then paid $200 per hour for repair. I was out over $700 for a project that should have been a couple of hundred. This guy was telling me how many thousands of dollars my repair was going to be because a plumber was going to have to rip up my floor, jack hammer my cement foundation and replace a broken pipe under my home. It was a broken sprinkler line in the front yard. Somebody should be fired. You can't run a business like that. Still unbelievable to me that i was subjected to such ignorance. His ignorance cost me lots of money. The $700+ dollars I spent was just on the plumber. That does not include the service call for the irrigation company which was $75. Finally, they wanted to charge me $100 to locate a valve for a zone that was not working. It would not have taken but a few minutes to find the valve. It's highway robbery.
