We could not have made it through our wedding without Barbara Cooper, or Saint Barbara as I will call her! At first, we just hired her for our day-of coordination, but as the tasks started to pile up, my mom made the smart decision to hire her on as a full-time coordinator. It was one of the best decisions we made throughout the entire process! Barbara's calm demeanor, professionalism and positive attitude were the perfect match for this stressful time. She had many great ideas, design supplies and was very organized with To-Do Lists and Timelines that allowed our multi-day celebrations to run smoothly. Her decorations for our Meet and Greet and for the Wedding Day were perfect! I was so pleased with the way everything turned out. On the wedding day, Barbara was there from start to finish. We gave her a few items we wanted at the entrance for the guest sign-in and the display was perfect and really reflected our style! The table settings with burlap runners and small votive candles brought added romance to night. The biggest asset of having Barbara on our team was being able to leave the venue with our friends at the end of the night, knowing that everything was taken care of. All of the vendors had been paid by simply giving Barbara the checks with tips to hand out, all of the leftover food and alcohol was packed up and transported and all of our decorations, including flowers were collected and brought to where they needed to be. I have heard horror stories of couples celebrating their big day only to have to stay late to clean and tie up loose ends. Barbara ensured that all we had to do at the end of the night was walk under the lit sparklers held up by all our guests (which Barbara provided), get on our shuttle bus and enjoy the magical day that had just taken place. I would also like to add that Barbara's assistant was a huge help all weekend! They really worked great as a team to get things done expeditiously and beautifully. Hiring a wedding planner is the smartest thing you can do for your big day, and hiring Saint Barbara with Austin Event Studios is the perfect choice!

One word awesome I hired Bloom and Leaf because of the responsiveness and knowledge. Celia set a meeting with me and I explained my vision and she immediately educated me on the different flowers and what she felt would work best. Being that I was in a different city she sent suggestions through Pinterest that were just as I envisioned. As the date approached and we added more tables changed decor Celia was there every step making the necessary adjustments as well as suggesting what would work best for the space up until the last week. On the day of the event I walked down the hall of the hotel and smelled the most wonderful smell of flowers. The bloom and Leaf team we're hard at work carefully assembling each arrangement. Very professional and so warm and friendly. I was absolutely amazed how beautiful each arrangement was it surpassed what I imagined. It just confirmed I picked the best florist in Austin. I will end with saying bloom and Leaf is the best class act.

Twyla was always ready to meet with me at the venue and gave very helpful ideas on how to decorate the venue. The flower arrange ments were beautiful,but some of them got wilted and droopy before the wedding was completed. The way how the flowers were posiitoned in the vases with tape holdong them up may have had something to do with it. The corsages for the mothers were made with ribbons and was hard to stay in place. After I received the corsages from Twyla, there was no follow up to assign someone to distribute them. Grandmothers were given flowers from the flower arrangements. It was not clear to me if there was an extra arrangement for the single ladies. We used one of the bridesmaids arrangement. The type of flower used does not last to long nice and crisp. The flower arrangement on top of the gazebo disapeared before the end of the night when I went looking for it. They told me that the company had picked it up already. The boutoneers were very nicely done. Thanks you for your timely service and helpful service.

Ether did a fantastic job at my daughter's birthday party. She printed out suggestions that I sent her for the kids to choose from, but she also took requests. She was fast, skilled, and very good with the kids. Several of my friends wanted her information. I would recommend her for ANY event. Just a wonderful person to work with. Oh, and her face painting station was legit...make-up artist calliber!

Bekah worked as the event planner for my wedding in 2014. I pulled in an event planner fairly late in the process and Bekah did a great job with moving forward with things I had set in motion. She was incredibly responsive and patient with me, the bride, but took charge with the vendors and managing all of that. On the day of the wedding she did a great job of shielding me from the chaos. I would recommend Bekah and would also use her for other events.

Jane was absolutely fantastic. She was on time, incredibly affordable, took the time and initiative to go to my venues prior to my event, was able to set everything up with limited instructions, and then when crisis hit (our cake maker completely misplaced our order and so I had no cake for my wedding), she was on top of it and ran around to make sure that I didn't have to worry about anything. We were so incredibly blessed to have her that day - it took so much stress and worry off of my shoulders and allowed me to sit back and enjoy my wedding. I will be recommending her everyone I come in contact with who has wedding coordinating needs!

Lindsay is amazing at what she does. She was with me every step of the way when planning my wedding. She has lots of connections; so it was easy to fit my budget. My wedding budget was pretty tight. And she managed to find vendors that fit my budget and fit my expectations. She was constantly helping me set up meetings to fit my schedule. The ceremony/reception was beautiful and ran smoothly. Lindsay did everything from helping with décor, coordinating staff, helping me with my bustle and more. She has an amazing heart, is professional and truly loves what she does. I was fortunate to have her as my wedding coordinator. She made it a day I will always remember.

I had a 6 months engagement...so everything had to be done super quickly. I was very busy getting everything together for my actual wedding but Cillia planned EVERYTHING for my bachelorette party. She is AMAZINGGGG! I had a very atypical vision for my bachelorette party which was more of outdoorsy & adventurous. I know it was a challenge because none of my girls had that type of personally. Cillia somehow worked it all out so that everyone left having had an awesome time while sticking with what I wanted. She handled photography, gifts, shirt and robe ordering, venue booking, activity coordination....Ya’ll it was just a weekend to remember. You won’t be disappointed going with her!!

I have had Tiffany handle a few projects of mine and am always completely satisfied. She pays attention to detail, listens to my needs and gives me new ideas. Keye’s guidance and suggestions made our wedding day truly stress free. She was organized and took care of everything on the big day. She had wonderful vendor recommendations and the food was to die for! Her attention to detail allowed not only my husband and me to enjoy the day, but also our families and wedding party. Keye and her assistant handled all the organization and printing of the seating chart, place cards, and menus, had cocktails and hors d’oeuvres waiting for us post ceremony so we could enjoy a few minutes alone.
