As a hopeful candidate to be a U.S. Army Special Forces operator, I was beyond impressed with the work that Liz did with me. She not only helped me achieve a superior level of fitness with HIIT training, she also trained me to be a superb swimmer so that I may excel in Combat Dive School (the same school Navy SEALs go through). Her knowledge of outstanding exercises combined with her high energy and motivating personality make her an excellent trainer. The only thing that could have improved my experience with her would have been to sign up for more sessions, but unfortunately I needed to report for the intense training that Liz had so adequately prepared me for.

We have had children in swim lessons with various instructors over the past 6-7 years, and Evan is truly among the best of the best. He obviously has a passion for what he is doing. He takes time and gives special attention to assist each of my daughters with specific instructions on how to improve their swimming. My daughters have both made huge improvements in swimming more independently with Evan's excellent teaching.
My children was not to experienced in the water and in less than two weeks my 8yr old is swimming and my 4yr old is having Fun in the water and using lessons taught at being safe in the water . Great work .
Manuel is great for private swim lessons! We had our baby in a swim school until we tried Manuel. He is so much better! He really tailors each lesson for each child so that they learn at their own level. We are so glad we found him!

Where do I even begin? Becky is an all out fitness super star who knows her stuff and can articulate her knowledge perfectly to even the most beginner of beginners, like myself. With her awesome combination of upbeat encouragement, a deep understanding of what the human body is capable of, her bubbly personality, her willingness to answer any and all questions you might have, and her ability to craft tailored plans for her clients each and everyday, Becky is a powerhouse of a trainer and I wouldn't recommend anyone else. I hired her through Thumbtack and was given 10 other fitness training options in my area, boy am I glad I decided to choose her! Her rates are extremely affordable and the results are to die for. I only train 3 times a week at half an hour increments and I've already received tons of compliments about my emerging new body, and I've only been training with her for a few months! My children felt very excited about every swim lesson that we scheduled. They were eager to spend time learning from Laura.
Last year was our first year with Miss Laura. My kids' skills improved exponentially after 5 lessons with her my son went from not swimming unassisted at all to jumping off the diving board and swimming across the pool. Excited for another round of lessons this year!

Dennis knew exactly where to target my muscles to get them to relax. He was very thorough and methodical in his process. I appreciated that his work area was clean and neat. I highly recommend him especially for sports massages.
I've had many private pilates sessions with Lesley and I think she is one of the best, most knowledgeable instructors I've ever had. Lesley's attention to detail during private lessons means you are working hard every second. She is on it, with small tweaks that make all the difference. I can definitely feel a difference in my body's stength, tone, and posture after taking her private sessions on a regular basis.
