My clients vary in age and level of fitness. My personal training certifications and continuing education prepare me to conform to any fitness level. I expect my clients to be serious about their health while having fun learning the basics in working out and nutrition.
Veronica of Personal Training and Meal Planning studied anatomy and physiology and got certified in personal training. She learned that not everyone can be trained the same way. She also learned that as a trainer, she needed to be firm but encourage her students to reach their personal goals.
I treat my clients as if I were the one being trained. I train with encouragement and education while making them sweat without them noticing. I believe that working out should be physically and mentally hard, but exciting!
Veronica develops a customized training program specific only to your needs. She incorporates your daily activities and chooses exercises designed to provide optimum results. Specific goals are set, and she makes sure to keep track of your progress as well. Her favorite project is when she sees her clients' expression when they have reached their goals.
