I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a B.S. in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. I offer mobile personal training so that you can get in the best shape of your life in the comfort of your own backyard! I’ll bring all of the necessary equipment to you. My diverse experience in fitness coaching over the last 5 years includes personal training, leading U.S. Army soldiers through physical training, coaching small-group strength training sessions, and martial arts instruction. I love to help people get STRONG and move better. I believe that strength is the foundation for both performance and longevity. For me, few things are more rewarding than helping others discover their potential. I find real joy in coaching people to push their limits and surprise themselves with what their bodies can achieve.
