Allow me to say im training with Mr. Lawrence in sports specefic training andit has not been a dull moment.He has showed me multiple weight training movements that i had no idea existed. Im definitely getting better sleep at night from being worn out after tha days workout.
Jason is an awesome trainer that will challenge you to the best of your ability but keeping it safe as well. He is always energetic and encouraging which makes a tough workout a little easier. I would recommend him to anyone whether they are a beginner or elite athlete.
I've been working with Chris since about February/March of 2015. When I first started out, I was pretty much a skinny-fat slob: 220lbs, no strength to speak of, very low motivation to get fit. I also had this aversion to working out in gyms and dealing with trainers. Call it a clash of personalities, but I just could never dedicate myself to working out with a lot of the meatheads at gyms. When I started working with Chris, I noticed right away that we were on the same page about a lot of things. His vision for my progress and my personal fitness goals certainly meshed, but most importantly so too did our tastes in music. We both share an unyielding passion for metal, and being able to talk shop in between sets of getting my ass kicked made getting through my sessions so much easier. In no time at all, I found myself making great gains and looking forward to each of my sessions. Chris put me on a great regimen, starting off with lots of core training and cardio to burn fat, and slowly worked our way to strength training. I soon found myself doing lifts that I never thought I'd be able to do in my lifetime. Flash forward to the present and I've lost over 30 pounds, gained strength I never knew I had, and feel more confident than I ever have in my life. Chris is a great professional, but he also truly cares about you as an individual. You can always tell that he genuinely wants you to succeed in your goals, and I can't even begin to tell you how much that will help your motivation. I can't recommend Chris enough. If you're looking to change your life and get a helluva a lot stronger, Chris is your guy.
I think Jason is the Best of all trainers. He takes his time and makes sure my form is done correctly. Jason is tough, but I am seeing the results that I want. He not only holds me accountable for my training, but he also teaches me about nutrition and diet. Jason is far from being boring every session is different. Training with Jason has been a great experience!
I went to Will when I was looking to get back in shape for soccer and tone up. His workouts weren't easy, but definitely worth it. I never left a workout wishing I had got more out of it. He even made a custom workout when I started training for my marathon. Definitely will go back when ready to get in the gym again.
I've been training with Jesse for a little over a year and I'm stronger and healthier than I've ever been. Prior to Jesse, I was a crossfitter and injured my lower back (sciatica) from the massive weight I was lifting without strengthening my core. After working with a physical therapist, I left crossfit and began training with Jesse. I've done High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), weight training and cardio with Jesse. Unlike CF, Jesse gradually worked me up to a maximum load (weight), without injuring my IT band nor my lower back. Jesse also combines diet along with the workouts. He will tweak your eating habits and stresses calorie intake. I enjoy the workouts because everyday is a challenge, and with Jesse's knowledge of fitness/nutrition, there's no telling how far I can go.
I loved working with Jennifer. She helped me lose 30lbs without starving myself. I felt healthier and stronger! She tailors the workouts to your level of fitness, yet pushes you to do better every time. The fact that I can come to her, or she can come to me, makes it so much easier to keep committed to the workouts. There is no excuse. I'm a proud Strong Body!
Derek's knowledge and enthusiasm is phenomenal. The type of personal training he provides is individual specific and right on. He does not offer the same exercises over and over and every session is different, which is refreshing! Every minute of the workout is fun, energizing and satisfying. Derek dedicates his all during workouts and outside of workouts. Not just a trainer, but a great motivator and caring person. He truely wants to see the BEST YOU!
Chris is a phenomenal trainer! He has worked with me for many years and my body is stronger and leaner. He is very inspirational and motivates me to excel and continue to work out, even when I am so exhausted and don't want to. Chris has his serious moments at times, but he makes my training sessions fun and enjoyable. I love this man;)!
I first started training one on one with Shelby Jones, then had the privilege of training with Alexander Holguin before starting classes. All of the coaches are amazing, they really care about the members and their lives both in and outside the gym. Olympic weightlifting coach Corey Bigelow is fantastic and really helped me with my form after only a few one on ones. Kelly Castellano, Lisa Vasquez, Bryson Miller and Audrey Hernandez are amazing coaches and have taught me so very much! Nathaniel Tennison and Jennifer Pirtle are super awesome coaches and personal trainers!
Although this was my first time training with Jason, I can tell that he is very interested in helping me reach my goal of hoping to lose a few pounds as well as tone up some of my problem areas. I hope to get better as I move forward with my workouts and see where the future takes me. Jason is very professional and I can tell that he took the time to gear the exercises were done in reference to what we had discussed at our initial consultation. Looking forward to next week!

I have been working with Chris for 3 months and I have lost 25 pounds, and my back pain has gone away. Chris helped me to set my goals and showed me how important weight training, cardio, and nutrition are to reaching my goals. I started at his beginner fitness level, and now I just started at his intermediate fitness level. Now we have set new goals and my life is changing for the better. Chris is very professional and always on time for all my sessions. He is very reliable and I can always count on him for motivation and encouragement. Chad is very personable and knows everyone by name. He makes the workouts fun and you can tell he really enjoys what he does and always makes time to answer any questions or will modify workouts for beginners.
I hired Felicia to be my yoga instructor. I do not like Yoga. At the time, I was training for a marathon and needed to stretch but I didn't want a power Yoga class and I wanted it to be more beginner friendly without getting too hardcore Yoga. Felicia did an amazing job simplifying it and focusing on the things that I needed (stretching). By the end of our time together, sessions flew by and I felt so much better on runs and post runs. I would highly recommend her. I am taking some time off from running but once I get back into it, you can be sure I will set up my Sunday Private Yoga Class with Felicia!
I have been going to private or semi-private sessions for over 2 years now. She has made me stronger, more flexible and helped me achieve my goals in fitness. I have raced several marathons while training with Claudia and she has kept me healthy through high-mileage training.
