Carlos and his band made our event really (anniversary) special. Carlos called us to find out all the details and order of the event and his music was fantastic. But, he really went above and beyond. When it was time for a couple of our dearest friends to wish us a happy anniversary, he even helped us with the microphones so their toasts could be heard well by all the guests. Our guests really loved the music, and especially the variety they played. Thank you Carlos and band. You guys were amazing.
We contacted Nic at the last minute (literally days before the wedding because of another Shady DJ we almost got stuck with) for his DJ Service and he was there for us! We truly were BLESSED for everything to have worked out the way it did so that we had Nic Dante to be such a huge part of the most special day in our life... our daughter's wedding! I tell everyone about our 1st conversation...NIC: "Do you have entrance or exit music when they get married?" "Do you have a timeline for cake cutting, the toast, bouquet & garter tossing & the send off?"... and MY answer to everything was "HUH?" I sincerely don't know what we would have done without Nic! We are catering from 30 to 2500 people with anything, from true Texas BBQ to German, Cajun, and Italian. We make everything, from great summer soups to pecan-smoked ribs, brisket, and local sausage. Everything is hand-made.
