ProCure called me within minutes of my request and sent out a technician within a couple of hours. The technician was very knowledgeable and was able to fix our furnace! Overall excellent experience and we even decided to sign up for their maintenance membership!

Jeff was prompt and took a look at my problem. We couldn't duplicate it so he said if there isn't a problem then don't perform unnecessary repairs. Maybe it was a quirk or maybe my furnace got scared when Jeff showed up. Either way, it appears to be functioning properly and he didn't even charge me despite my furnace taking up his time.

Wrong diagnosis and got quoted $500 to replace multiple things in furnace. I went for the second opinion and they cleaned the orphises and everything started working. I won't recommend this service

I am very happy with the new furnace! The previous one I had was 40 years old and posed serious danger, the new unit however is great, has all modern safety features and is much quieter. Milton did amazing job installing it and explaining the details to me. I highly recommend his service!

Alex at Cool Time educated us about what was actually needed and saved us thousands and thousands of dollars! He also found that an expensive feature we had paid for when we originally bought our furnace had never been hooked up, so he’s coming back out to do that which will save us more money!

Oscar of Kinship Air Condition is awesome. At the tail end of Snovid, after power finally came back on, I naturally breathed a massive sigh of relief and got excited for heat. But, life happens, and my main circuit board and furnace ignitor had fizzled out. Oscar came the same day and solved the issue. He was personable, polite, efficient and his fees are reasonable. Give him a shot!

I appreciated that Oscar was able to respond to my request in a timely manner - squeezes my service call in because he was in the area. He did not fix the problem with the thermostat, was able to get the furnace running cleaning a contact that kept the heater running without being able to turn off! The house was a sauna all night. I ended up having to call in another service on a Saturday paying high price for weekend service call.

I had a technician come by after our furnace stopped blowing warm air. I turned off our system because it was blowing out cool air and it’s freezing outside. Turned it on later and it was blowing warm air again. Tech came by and said there wasn’t a problem with the system, charged me $70 and left. The tech was not thorough. The next night we’re experiencing the exact same issues and we are without heat again. I cannot recommend Hvac Heroes and will be looking for a different company to do the job properly.
