Ethan has been my personal trainer for a few weeks now and has been great. He's listens to what parts of your body you want to work on, and always has exercises that will strengthen those areas. He's always on time, patient, pushes you when you need to be pushed, positive and cares about your personal fitness success. Great trainer!! I would recommend him to all of my friends!

Jason is SERIOUS about establishing and achieving fitness goals, developing an exercise regimen to reach your maximum potential and improving flexibility and balance early on to prevent injuries or a plateau in progress. I opted for 5 personal trainer sessions to begin formal conditioning then transition to his12 week program. I have already completed 1 session and I am hooked! For perspective purposes, I am a 5'2" 102lb 35 year old female with prior military experience looking to regain muscle tone/mass and weight range of 112-117lbs. I included a pic from 11/11/16 for reference. Jason's services are reasonably priced and sessions are easily arranged to accommodate the busiest schedules. I am confident I made a solid decision to place my fitness aspirations in his hands.
I have been working with Tommy for a little over a year, 10 months in person and 4 months using his online platform. I loved working with him in person because not only did I see results in how much I could lift be he also educated me as to why we were doing specific exercises and what they were for. Because he took the time to explain everything while we were working out I am succeeding using is online platform as well. I know exactly what muscles are working so I understand how my form should be and I'm seeing results on my own. On days when I don't have a workout scheduled, because of the knowledge I've gained from beast fitness, I can creat my own workout targeting my weaknesses. If you are in the market for a personal trainer I would definitely recommend beast fitness because not only will you get results but you'll gain knowledge that will stay with you long after you start training on your own.
Victoria is an excellent personal trainer, she is serious and exciting about getting you in shape. I work out 3 or 4 times a week and I thought I was doing it right, but I wasn't and in my first 5 minutes of my first session, I was sweating, dripping with sweat and I realized that when you exercise correctly you will get results. I am sore!!!!!
Chris is my personal trainer and so far I've had a very great experience . I really enjoy the variety of exercises he has used for training and find it refreshing to learn news ways of staying fit.
De'Von is a fantastic personal trainer. He knows how to make you work at the sweet spot of tougher than I would push myself but not so hard that you are out of your depth. He is very accommodating when it comes to scheduling and keeps me accountable on my meals as well. I have worked with several trainers over the years and De'Von is far and away the best.

Edward is everything you could ask for our of a personal trainer. He is enthusiastic and hands on and try to get the most out of every session you have with him. He is very attentive, good listener and a great motivator, so he knows when you're spent and he knows when you need to be pushed a little harder. Ed is knowledgeable of the exercises and can tell you why you're doing them and how it will help you, and he'll never have you do anything that he doesn't believe you can do or he can't do himself. I didn't have the chance to finish all of the sessions that I had Edward, but I feel like I still got all of my money's worth. Ed does his best to help you get where you want to go with your fitness and I would recommend him to anyone who really wants to better themselves.
The day I walked into matts camp , was the day after I had decided to quit attending CG. When I first started CG I was saddened when all the people around me were so motivated and happy . I lacked motivations and I felt like I didn't even want to attend . I actually felt like I didn't belong . I had a very hard time and was so frustrated at first . I'm so glad that I decided to give it one more shot and look for another location and another trainer . After attending camp with 3 trainers I was so happy and satisfied with Mathews camp !! He was so motivating and welcoming on my first day . I was actullay looking forward to attending Camp after that . The stretches he has us do are so what I need!! I am 45 years old and I need more than a couple of stretches and a warm up lap . I like the variety of excersizes i do and his ability to motivate, challange me and some how still keeps it fun! I'm happy with CG , and I'm so happy with Matt as my trainer !!!

He has all the qualities needed for a successful personal trainer: he is personable, knowledgeable, experienced and knows how to motivate you to do your best and go beyond your comfort level to achieve your goals. His personal training in the water includes swimming drills, diving skills, corrections and proper form. He also has expertise in core conditioning, strength training and cardio exercises. I hired Mr. Williams, like many, around a time that I was feeling fat and down by the time I finished with his 8week program I was 30 pounds lighter and feeling better then I have in years! The difference between him and other personal trainers I have tried in San Antonio is persistence and encouragement! He works with you as opposed to working against you and he is willing to compromise when it comes to rescheduling but don't let that easy going nature get to you he does not tolerate lazy behavior he is the perfect trainer for those who need someone to keep them on track! I myself couldn't stick to. Any type of routine to save my life but since working with mr. Williams I haven't missed a beat! I recommend his services to ALL of my male and female friends looking to shed, tone, or create healthy eating habits trust me with him you get it all! You will earn it!
