Chris provided a competitive quote to install a sink and faucet I bought, responded to my questions promptly and was able to give me a quote based on what was needed, the setup of my sink. The quote provided was the actual price, even though he had to get a few supplies to redo the drain pipe from the sink since it was lower than the previous sink. He was very professional, took his time, did not rush through the job. Was able to also get rid of my old sink, which was one less thing I needed to deal with. After the job was complete, he cleaned everything up, made sure to triple check everything was working, no leaks, etc. before leaving. Provided a 6 month warranty for the work performed, which is great.

Here is an actual quote from these people. This is after they confirmed that I would be supplying the sinks and the faucets. Over $700 to put in a drop in vanity sink, p-trap and faucet, almost $400 to hook up a dishwasher cuz you know, hoses. I don't know what the deal is with all these five star reviews but y'all must have money to burn. I found a reputable licensed and insured plumber to do the work for me for the price of one of your sinks installs Thank you.

I hired Gabriel to come and install a new kitchen sink and garbage disposal. He showed up promptly on time and was very polite. The sink did not initially fit but Gabriel was able to grind my granite countertops and he worked for a few hours to ensure the proper fit. He spent nearly all day making sure it was perfect and that we were happy and he even promised to return if we had any leaks. I would definitely hire Gabriel again and recommend him to my friends.

I liked that I received a prompt response. The technician was nice and very talkative. A red flag went up when he said I wouldn’t try to sell you something you don’t need. I was clear on what I needed but he failed to make the sale by trying to over sell. I was offered options with so many warranties that I works probably never use. It’s important to listen to what the customer wants and make sure to provide that first. Prices were way too high, the highest quote to install a kitchen sink and faucet was $6000. I actually got my sink and faucet installed for $350. This company is probably taking advantage of a lot of people, which is very sad.

The job originally involved replacing a sink and faucet, However, my 1980's house still had the original 1980's garbage disposal, the metal connection to which was all rusted and not reusable, and the new sink was just a little bit bigger than the existing hole. So, the job became a lot bigger than I anticipated: disposal was replaced and sink hole was enlarged. Gabriel was SUPER accommodating of these tasks. He ended up spending the whole day with me, making sure that everything was taken care of. He apologized that it took too long, but I felt like I should be apologizing for unexpectedly taking up his whole day with my crazy old house projects! Once we knew the disposal needed replacing, he told me exactly which one to run out to get at Home Depot, and even knew how much it would cost. He ran to grab lunch while I went to HD, then he came back and spent the rest of the afternoon installing it. After installation, Gabriel insisted on cleaning up all the dust and debris under the cabinet when I offered to do it later with a vacuum. GREAT service. Last, price was incredibly reasonable for the day of work he spent at my house. I already have plans to have him back to look at all my 1980's bathrooms. Highly recommend!

I started out asking that Gabriel hook up the sink after a countertop installation, and asked him to check the diverter valve in the bathtub. He did such a great job on both that I also asked him to install a garbage disposal, light fixture, and a tile backsplash. His work was so thorough and professional, that I am now asking him to fix quite a few other things around the house. He is skilled with plumbing, tile work, and electrical work(he put my outlets in boxes to make them safer without me even asking for it). He is very honest and I am over the moon with the quality of the work that he completed. I have sung his praises to my elderly mother who is also going to have him complete work at her house. As a Realtor, I’ve dealt with many licensed plumbers and respect their trade; however, I also understand the amount and difficulty required and what that translates to for a reasonable labor/parts range for these projects. When I simply needed a toilet and pedestal sink replaced after laminate flooring was installed, Raymond with RJ’s Handyman Service was my “Easy Button”. After receiving a few “rip-off” quotes from others, RJ responded professionally and articulated the scope of work clearly. He provided me an exact total and what the work would entail. He arrived as expected and completed the work without issue. Done...why can’t all services work this way? Thank you Raymond! This is what people want! Respondents like RJ will always get my service with their clear, concise quotes, and willingness to get to yes quickly for an appointment confirmation! I appreciated Raymond’s cleanliness and professionalism throughout the entire job. It was refreshing to see someone in the plumbing trade who was skilled, knowledgeable, and polished. Raymond recapped his work and made a few recommendations for best outcomes. I liked RJ’s payment options — previously, I have been left cornered with 1 payment option only by surprise, which was very frustrating!
