I hired Beverly for my 3/25/17 wedding in Canyon Lake. She was such a joy to work with throughout the entire process. I know nothing about flowers and she was more than willing to meet with me several times and even met me at a wholesale floral supply company to show me different flowers and to get a feel for what I liked. I told her what I liked and gave her my colors and she did the rest. She was affordable and worked within my budget, actually keeping us below our budget. My bouquet was gorgeous! I'd given her a rosary that belonged to my grandmother to wrap around my bouquet and my coordinator told me she gave it such great attention. It was perfect! I got so many compliments on the flowers, especially the gorgeous alter arrangements and the fresh flower cascade on my cake. I highly recommend Beverly and her work for any event.
Shalamar was my wedding coordinator, caterer and officiant! She even helped me find a make up artist, DJ and an excellent bartender. She definitely went above and beyond, helping me get everything to the venue, helping set up and take down. It was a monster job and she definitely alleviated a lot of stress on my wedding day. The food was excellent and she made a gorgeous officiant! I highly recommend her for any and every aspect of your event!
Jordan was a true pro. When I first thought about hiring a "day of" coordinator for my wedding reception, to be held outdoors at a grand old home on the San Antonio river, I didn't really understand all the work that person does long before the day of the event. From our first communications on Thumbtack before I even hired her, she was friendly and knowledgable, asking plenty of questions to get a sense of what I wanted. Meeting her, she was thorough and efficient, getting contacts and following through with all my vendors. She was onsite the day before and first thing in the morning, making sure everything was set up properly and in place. I spent a blissful 5 hours not worrying about anything but visiting with guests because Jordan was making sure everything ran smoothly, including getting us in place for the cake cutting and toast. All the vendors appreciated her as well. I can't recommend her enough, and am so happy I made the investment. It was more than I was planning to spend initially, but she was worth every penny. Unique productions did a fantastic job at our wedding! They had everybody dancing and the music was a great variety-I would highly recommend them to anyone!
Meagan went above and beyond to ensure our event went smooth. She was easy to communicate with, answering texts and calls and her quote was accurate. She was on time for all of our coordination meetings and even showed up early on the day of the event. She managed the photographer, caterer and the venue host so I could focus on my guests. Working with Will has been a great experience! Before anything was negotiated he wanted to make sure that we had our vision and he wanted to know everything that he could do to make that vision come true. Working tirelessly at all hours, he negotiated with vendors and caterers on our behalf and was able to procure for us better deals than we could have imagined getting on our own. Planning for your wedding and reception (or any other buisness/corporate event) can be one of the most difficult things when you are not exactly sure how to find the best people for your vision. Calah is a planning/spreadsheet genius. She helped me organize everything from my wedding budget to all of my ideas and choices for every detail leading up to the wedding. She also did an incredible job with putting together the bouquets for my wedding party and myself! I didn't want to deal with real flowers for us because I had dealt with oil and water getting on the dresses before, so she suggested that I used fake flowers. I don't have a creative bone in my body so I let her take the lead on this and she went and bought everything and put together the bouquets and they were beautiful! So we ended up doing the same for the boutonnières and corsages.
